No. 3 Tribal Tattoo looked good breaking her maiden here 6 days ago and O’Neill wheels her right back. Baffert sends out the very fast No. 4 Hot Bride these two will try and hold off No. 5 Larocco. 3-4-5

Race 4

Trainer Moger cuts the claiming price of No. 1 Preacher’s Bluff in half and puts Pedroza on trying to get the win. No. 3 Nicholas M exits out HTW list and gets his first start off the Mike Mitchell claim. 1-3

Exacta box 1-3 and win 3

Race 5

No. 3 Briteness comes off an easy win here 8 days ago and we get another trainer striking while the iron is hot. No. 5 Sharp Bella gets a major drop in class and the bug boy Nicolas. 3-5

Race 6

Lots of zip in this race so who will sit and who will pop the gate? Pedroza gets on No. 7 Our Classic Trip for Mullins but this 5yo will be over bet and is 0-2 here. No. 5 Sunrise Legacy may sit and pounce and the price will be right. 5-7

Race 7

No. 5 Blake drops in class and has some good early speed. No. 6 It Doesn’t Add Up gets his second chance at the meet and gets a little drop in class. 5-6

Race 8

No. 1 Sidepocket Run is in good form and may like it here in her first start on dirt. No. 7 Playful Humor also gets her first taste of the dirt and she gets the Man. 1-7

Race 9

No. 2 Candy’s Sunrise gets his second start off the layoff and ran 4th here last year in the Governor’s Cup. No. 3 Relentless Heat was beat by a nose here at this level last year. No. 4 Toss the Dice is just what trainer Pender is doing as he wheels back this gelding in six days off the easy win. 2-3-4

Race 10

THE 100K BARRETTS DEBUTANTE 

The hot Jeff Bonde sends out No. 5 Meinertzhageni who will be our single of the day. 5

Race 11

No. 1 Hair On Fire is the speed on the rail with Pedroza. No. 7 Katey Pie will fall into a good stalking position and has a nice work over the track. 1-7

GOLDEN GATE

Race 1

We will go with the two droppers in here No. 5 California Grey and No. 7 Honestly Occifer. 5-7

Race 2

No. 2 Bipartisan has been facing much better at Del Mar, he ships in and lands in the barn of John Martin. No. 5 Bardy is also in from Del Mar and he will get his second try on the grass, his first was ok.

Race 3

They say when Miyadi sends two in the same race he usually wins with one of them and he sends out No. 5 Tanya Marie and No. 6 Stupendus Princess. 5-6

Race 4

No. 10 Milk Man Ray has had his chances but just lost by a neck in his first try on this circuit last time out, today may be the day. 10

Race 5

Lots of early speed in this mile race for 8k claimers so who will be making a late run? Baze will sit off the pace with the big dropper No. 7 Rocabar and squash them down the lane. 7

Race 6

No. 6 Triple Action likes this turf course and is the speed. No. 7 Funny How will sit right off of him and try and pounce turning for home. Baze gets on the shipper dropper No. 8 Tiz Point who he will have right with Triple Action. No. 9 Cloud Hopper is back in town after a good win at Del Mar, he has run two good turf races here. 6-7-8-9

Race 7

No. 4 Heaven and Earth ships in from Del Mar for Hollendorfer and has big early speed. No. 10 Cactus Cowgirl ran a big race first out of the box when well bet and well meant as the 2/1 favorite, she broke slow that day and had traffic problems. 4-10

Race 8

No. 2 Hittheroadrunning does that every time he hits the staters gate in these turf routes. He will try and turn the tables on No. 7 Pepnic who bet him last time out. No. 3 Pepper Crown is in top form and the stablemate of Pepnic. No. 9 Oak Kye Why is a dangerous Del Mar shipper who gets his first start off the Moger claim. 2-3-7-9

Race 9

No. 3 Shimmering Wildcat had a tough race last time out and will find a good pace today in his favor. No. 5 Smoking G will try and run them down late. 3-5
