No. 1 Jay’s Firetruck gets the big drop in class as he just has not panned out but his style suites this course. His stablemate No. 4 Black N Beauty also drops off a no show performance last out and he is also a horse that did not pan out for Sadler. 1-4

No. 1 Yes has been looking for a spot, she has speed and the rail. No. 5 Goodhumorgirl was well bet versus much tougher at Del Mar and looks set for action. No. 7 Tacit Approval is another who looks on go.

More 2yo maiden fillies going 4 furlongs, No. 2 U R Lucky ran good in her first start here on the 8th for trainer Jeff Bonde when she was sent off as the 7/5 chalk, she finished second and the filly who beat her that day came right back to score, bet her to cash. Doug O’Neill brings in the speed No. 5 L T Reckless and he puts Pedroza in the irons and they have hooked up with 3 winners from 5 here. 2-5

Jockey Dirk Crane gets his second shot on No. 4 Metropolitan Man who may be the speed of the speed on the little drop in class. 4

Race 6

No. 5 Tornado Allie gets her first start off the Mike Puype claim and Maldo gets the call. No. 8 Lindz Winz gets her first start off the claim and the easy win here on the 13th. 5-8

Race 7

No. 2 Lets Get Frisky looks to have found a good spot and the price will be ok, she will sit right off the hot pace. No. 7 J K’s Mischief has big early speed and comes off a good win at Del Mar. 2-7

Race 8

No. 1 Warren’s Assassin gets the big drop in class and the bug boy Orozco gets on board. No. 3 Warrens China Doll could trigger a Warren/Warren exacta. No. 5 Scat Patty will wire them if she has four legs. No. 9 Party Bus comes off a good win here when breaking her maiden and is logically spotted. 1-3-5-9

Race 9

THE 50K BANGLES AND BEADS

Baffert and Garcia have been coming for the big races only and here they are again with No. 1 Lady Rosamond off the big maiden breaker at Del Mar, she may be this good right now and she exits our HTW list. Trainer Dallas Keen who is having a big meet sends out No. 2 Explosive Argument off the big win at Del Mar and this filly is proven on dirt. No. 4 There Is No Limit is a 6yo Mare who is 2-for-2 here. Pedroza rides for O’Neill who also sends out No. 6 Conkate. Baffert also sends out No. 7 Gifting and Hollendorfer will try his hand with No. 3 Curvy Cat and to make things even more difficult No. 5 All On the Table ran 3rd in this race last year and owns 2 wins here. We need to hit the all button or take our chances with Lady Rosamond? ALL OR No. 1

No. 5 Will He Amaze looks to have found a group he can beat. No. 12 Alkaray is a player if he gets in. 5**-12

Race 4

No. 3 Afternoon Sun has speed and gets a big drop in class. No. 7 Arch Your Back is the speed of the speed. 3-7

Race 5

No. 1 Blazing Reflection won in her only start here and will try and run down No. 2 Anelina who will get the jump on her. 1-2

In this 8k maiden claimer these horses have lost a total of 99 starts. No. 8 Yacht Harbor at least has some big early speed and is only a six time loser, he will try and take them wire-to-wire. 8

In a bad 5k maiden claimer we will side with the Steve Sherman first time starter No. 3 Kvell a Little who gets the hard trying Juan Hernandez in the irons. 3

No. 6 S S Tribal Girl will try and hold off No. 8 Here It Tiz who gets her fist start off the Andy Mathis claim. 6-8

Race 9

We need to go four deep in the last leg of the late pick four using the speed and one closer. The three with early speed are No. 1 Acordoro, No. 3 Ivory Fudge and No. 4 Unexpected Gift and if they battle it out No. 2 Street Rocket will run them all down. 1-2-3-4
