Race 3

No. 3 Spirited Touch continues his downward spiral and now is dropped to the bottom by Baffert and non of his go to riders are on board, his speed will play well here and he will win if ok. 3

Race 4

We will use two exiting the same race. No. 5 Obviously the speed and the likely short price favorite. No. 6 He Be Fire N Ice who was a close second behind Obviously. The outsider in here is No. 7 Barocci who is on a good pattern. 5-6-7

Race 5

We get Mike Smith riding for Bob Baffert on No. 2 Magic Daddy who was sent off at 9/5 in his one and only start at Del Mar, he has been in steady fast work mood here and will be very hard to beat. No. 10 Secretsatmidnight is the one who could beat the Magic Daddy, he is the stablemate and gets Gary Stevens riding for Baffert off a troubled first trip, he has a real nice last work over the track. 2-10

Exacta box 2-10

Race 6

Down the hill we go and there is a lot of early speed in here and that will set things up for No. 6 Relentless Heat who exits our HTW list and he has won four of his eight starts going down the hill. No. 9 Ivanho who also owns a win going down the hill and gets a drop in class and a turn back in distance. No. 12 Mr. Bossy Pants loves this course with 6 wins from 11 tries going down the hill and we may get a fair price on him with the move up in class and the low profile Fernando Perez getting the call. 6-9-12

5th 2-10

6th 6-9-12

Race 7

No. 5 Executiveprivilege was a very good filly at 2 and now will try and get her last 3yo career going in the right direction but she will need to be at the top of her game off the layoff if she wants to beat the 5yo mare No. 6 Teddy’s Promise who has won 9 of her 25 starts and four of eight here and 3 out of 4 at this 6½ furlong distance. 5-6

Race 8

No. 2 Cotton’s Point moves back to her best distance. No. 8 Midnight Lady has done little wrong in her four starts with 2 wins and 2 seconds, bet her to cash. 2-8

Race 10

The last leg of the late pick four is a very interesting jockey race as we gets Gary Stevens sticking around to ride in the downhill turf sprint for straight maidens and he gets on No. 10 Exotic Behavior for Bob Baffert and his buddy Tom Proctor sends out No. 12 Savings Accoutn with Mike Smith, one of the two will get the win. 10-12
