No. 3 Tripski is in from Belmont Park for trainer Asmussen and this 6yo gelding has been facing better. No. 6 Circa’sgoldengear ran second in his last start on this 6 furlong turf course and will get a great trip from this post. 3-6

Race 2

Rosario is back in town to ride in some big races and he gets on No. 5 Pat’s Back the Peter Miller runner and when these two hook up they are high percentage. No. 6 She’s a Go Girl likes this track and fits at this 16k level. 5-6

Race 3

THE GRADE 2 HOLLYWOOD TURF CUP AT 1½ ON THE GRASS

Big race jockey Mike Smith gets on No. 3 Segway who has been geared up for this with some interesting works by Dick Mandella. Big race jock Gary Stevens who rode Segway to his last win gets on No. 5 Temeraine for his buddy Tom Proctor and the one time he rode this 4yo gelding he got the win. No. 6 Lucayan gets Rosario so we will go with the three big jocks in here. 3-5-6

TRI BOX 3-5-6

Race 4

No. 2 Zuboff has won three of his four starts on this course. No. 5 Would You gets his first start off the claim and he will be the one to fear late. Trainer Victor Trujillo who has been winning at a 30% rate at the gate brings in No. 8 City Chapel. 2-5-8

Race 5

Now we get maiden 2yo fillies going 6 furlongs on the grass. No. 4 Midnight Dream was sent off at even money in her first start, she showed good early speed but faded, she will hold better today. No. 10 Salsita ran a nice race in her only try on this turf course in her last start but those 3 seconds from her four starts are a concern. No. 2 Among the Stars will find a fast early pace to set up her closing kick which will play well on this course. 2-4-10

Race 6

No. 2 Street Status drops into a maiden claimer in this his third start and Bejarano sticks, bet him to cash. 2

Race 7

THE GRADE 3 NATIVE DIVER

No. 4 Setsuko comes off a long layoff for Richard Mandella who has put some stamina building works in him. Gary Stevens gets on No. 7 Mobilized for the younger Mandella. No. 8 Rousing Sermon is in top form and looks to be putting it all together as a 4yo. No. 9 Hear the Ghost is the stablemate of Rousing Sermon, he won off the layoff and injury on the derby trail in his last start. 4-7-8-9

Race 8

No. 2 Spring Up ran back-to-back good turf races at Santa Anita and only need to handle this course to be right there. No. 5 Power Ped exits the same race as Spring Up and he bobbled at the start, we look for a big effort today. 2-5

Race 9

THE 750K GRADE 1 CASHCALL

This early Kentucky Derby prep will serve as the sort out the bee’s from the wannabee’s. No. 2 Tamarando can be depended on for his late run and his last here was a pip. No. 3 Bond Holder couldn’t handle them in the BC Juvenile but ran a real good 4th and his last work has him on edge. No. 5 Tap It Rich also ran in the BC Juvenile and he finished 5th, this guy oozes with talent and only needs to stay healthy. No. 6 Shared Belief has blitzed them in his two starts winning both by 7 lengths including the Hollywood Preview in his last start. Trainer Ken McPeek brings in horse and jock with Robby Albarado riding No. 11 Sheikinator. Rosario gets the call on No. 13 Kobe’s Back who was sent off at odds on in the Hollywood Preview when getting crushed by Shared Belief. 2-3-5-6-11-13

Race 10

Rosario sticks around for the last race and will ride the Peter Miller first time starter No. 3 Im a Giant Star who will go a flat mile on the grass. She is bred to get it and more, we will single in the late pick four. 3

Race 1

Jeff Bonde who hits at around 40% with his first time turf starters sends out first time starter No. 1 Princess Ofst.jude. No. 6 Mille Luna has run some very good turf races against better. No. 7 Lake Maracaibo ships in looking for easier. 1-6-7

Race 2

No. 1 Kerrilynn has hit the board in all eight of her races with 3 wins and 5 thirds. No. 3 English Royal loves this track and has a bullet work for her return. No. 4 Esperanza Latina exits the same race as Kerri.

Race 3

No. 1 War Politics finished second in his last start when exiting our HTW list, Juan Hernandez who was on for his last win three races back gets back aboard. 1

Race 4

No. 1 Check Out My Face ran a better than looked last race and if a perfect fit at this level. No. 7 Lucky Gotum finished second in his last two starts including a head loss in his last but now the man will ride.

Race 5

In this mile turf race for 20k maiden claimers, No. 9 Harry’s Here gets blinkers on and a new jock in this his second try going a mile on the grass. No. 10 Kingsbury who beat Harry last time out will be the one to beat in here. 9-10

Race 6

No. 1 Oval Queen is a first time starter out of the red hot barn of Antonio Diaz. Trainer Troy Taylor can pop with a first time starter and he sends out No. 4 Summit Central who looks very live. No. 5 Native Empress was last seen at Del Mar, he makes his first start on this circuit and gets Baze. No. 7 Lotta Attitude has finished second in his two starts and has a good work since his last start. 1-4-5-7

Race 7

No. 6 Jackson Road took all the money in his debut race and won like a good thing, he may be this good. No. 7 Giant Ego has done little wrong in his three starts and will be right there from the bell. No. 8 Floating Feather will try and run them down late. 6-7-8

Race 8

No. 5 This One’s for Mel was claimed for a whopping $62500.00 in his last start at Hollywood, they will get a quick return on their investment in this race. No. 1 Unusual Meeting will try the grass once again and will be making a big late run. No. 4 Fantastic Atticus can handle the grass and is in top form. 1-4-5

Race 9

No. 2 Visionary Leader gets his second try at the 8k level and the turn back to a sprint will only help his cause. No. 3 Wheeler Gorge will show all of his speed at this level. No. 9 T.D.’s Gold drops and gets Baze.
