No. 1 Chila Ali has run three good races here and looks ok off the break. No. 5 Best by Far gets her second start off the claim. 1-5

Race 3

After a great card yesterday we continue this lousy one today with 2yo going a flat mile. No. 1 Rough Passage gets the stretchout in start number two and Stevens will ride. No. 2 The Admiral also gets the stretchout in start number two and is bred to go long. No. 3 Cool Samurai is in from Belmont where he ran a solid second going a mile on their dirt track first out of the box. Baffert who has The Admiral also sends No. 4 Icy Ride long in this his second start. Those four look like the race in this five horse field before scratches? 1-2-3-4

Race 4

Bejarano gets back on No. 1 Dunmore East who he won with one race back at this 10k level. No. 3 Macias gets Maldo back and he will be gunning from the bell. No. 7 Half Dome Dude will be the one coming with a big late run. 1-3-7

Race 5

We get maiden fillies and mares going down the hill. First time starter No. 3 Velvet Mesquite is bred to turf and that 6 furlong work on the 17th says go. No. 8 Autumn View ran good in her two starts going 6 furlongs on the Holly turf and if she can clear early she could be long gone. 3-8

Race 6

Speed, speed and more speed in this 6 furlong sprint. No. 4 Beach Hut comes off the 100k Real Quiet and should be able to sit chilly behind the speed and nail them down on the line. No. 5 Chitu may not need the front end. 4-5

Race 7

No. 5 Kathleen Rose is in top form and can handle this mile turf distance as she was a solid second by a half the here one race back, we will single in the late pick four. 5

Race 8

We finish the card today with 2yo 30k maidens going a mile on the dirt. No. 2 Reps and Warrants exits our HTW list as a $$$ play, he will like going long in this his third start, after him this is anyones race. 2

GOLDEN GATE

Race 1

Trainer Victory Trujillo having a great meet winning at 30% and he sends out No. 3 Wild Bella who won on this turf course one race back. No. 7 Smarty Corn is the speed and will be playing catch me if you can. No. 5 Marmaris will be dangerous on the drop. 3-5-7

Race 2

No. 1 Photo Shopped comes off a good win and the 25k John Martin claim. No. 7 Tiz Point moves back up the ladder off back to back wins and the 20k Hollendorfer claim. 1-7

Race 3

20k maiden fillies and mares going 1-1/16 on the grass. No. 6 John’s War ships in from the South looking for easier and has found a soft group. No. 8 Passionville finally gets the needed drop in class and that could get her home. 6-8

Race 4

No. 1 Mahogany Ridge is in top form and will take some beating in this mile race. No. 8 Monster Hit drops to a better level. 1-8

No. 4 Gray Madam comes off a good maiden breaker and fits with these. No. 5 Tough N Funny will be the one to fear late. No. 10 Medicine Gal will be tough on the drop. 4-5-10

No. 6 G. G. Ryder is in form Hollywood, drops and may like it here. No. 7 Highly Cynical will try and wire them. No. 9 Perfect Game Cain is out of the dam Smokin Tempo who has dropped 4 winners from 4 starters. 6-7-9

Race 8

This is one bad 5k maiden claimer and it looks like no one can win but if playing we will opt for No. 12 Royal Marie who may find herself in the garden spot turning for home. 12
