We only get a lackluster group of five in the second half of the early low take out double and we will side with the two that will be coming with late runs: No. 1 Candiz, who won at first asking, and No. 4 Horse Laugh, the price play. 1-4

Race 3

In this the third leg of the players pick five, No. 2 Hobbits Hero gets the resurgent Tyler Baze in the irons and is the lone speed in this 1-1/16 race, Tyler will try and take him wire-to-wire. 2

Race 4

In this sad 1-1/8 10k claimer we will side with Tyler Baze once again as a single. He gets on dropper No. 9 Go to the Pulpit who was exiting our HTW list last time out but finished a close fourth. At this level he can win. 9

Race 5

No. 2 Happybirthdaybaby gets her first start off the Hollendorfer Golden Gate claim and ships South with her. Hollendorfer is winning at a .40% rate and Bejarano gets the call. No. 3 Indygo F M A won going down the hill one race back. No. 6 Julio’s Gold gets her first start off the Cerin claime and may be the speed. 2-3-6

No. 2 Midnight Mayhem looks to be a good price play in this his second start, he drops a notch and gets an extra ½ a furlong. No. 10 Stenoa is a first time starter who also could be live at a big price. 2-10

Down the hill they go in the feature. No. 1 Toowindytohaulrox has done little wrong in his two starts going down the hill with a second here back in November in the 100k Juvenile turf sprint and a win before that race. No. 2 Street Icon exits our HTW list off a good effort on the dirt in his last start. 1-2

We will use four in the late low take out double starting with No. 1 Crystalline Indy who drops into a maiden claimer for the first time, No. 6 Hot Outta the Oven a live first time starter for Don Warren whose dam has dropped 3 winners from 3 starters, No. 10 Heavens Stairway the likely chalk who gets back to a maiden claimer and No. 11 Kid Rollins who also gets back to a maiden claimer and he ran behind Heaven’s Stairway one race back but gets ten pounds the best of it this time.  1-6-10-11

No. 1 Atticus’ Ghost gets Juan Hernandez back and he was on this mare for the win at this level one race back. No. 3 Say Say is 2-for-2 here. No. 5 Play Misty for Us is looking for her 5th straight win. 1-3-5

No. 4 Gift of Tiffany just did get beat in her last start when dropped to this level. No. 5 Narc drops and could upset. 4-5

No. 1 Buymeabond gets Mawing back in the irons and he was on this gelding for his win here one race back. No. 6 Lota Spunk gets his first start of the claim by the high percentage Victor Trujillo. 1-6

Bill Morey sends out first ti me starter No. 2 General Alarm whose dam has dropped 3 winners from 3 starters and he finds little to beat. Jerry Hollendorfer sends out first time starter No. 5 Maximum Maximum and he hits at .35% with his debut maiden claimers. 2-5

No. 2 Charlie Company looks to be a solid single in the picks off his last win, we will single in the late double. 2
