Berrio and Avila hook up again on dropper No. 2 Room for Me a second-time starter who will like the stretchout, No. 5 Putahexonher gets a big jockey switch as she will go long in this her second start. 2-5

No. 6 Husband’s Folly can get this 1-1/8 turf trip on the grass and Orozco gave him a good rail ride last time out just missing by less than a length, No. 7 Olympic Blue will sit chilly off the hot pace and try and get the jump on Husband’s Folly. Mike Smith gets the call on No. 9 Te Rapa and that makes us take notice. No. 1 Yomybato gets his second start for Hollendorfer and gets Nakatani, he will be coming with a late run. 1-6-7-9

Race 7

No. 2 Footbridge gets off the grass and back to his favorite surface, No. 3 Cat Burglar has done little wrong in his three starts and that last work was a pip. Gary Stevens makes a rare ride for Bob Baffert on No. 4 Secretsatmidnight who is the stablemate of the Cat Burglar. No. 10 Harlington Night has some long shot appeal as he gets back to the dirt and Delgadillo gets back on, he won with this 4yo gelding here at this 1-1/16 distance. 2-3-4-10

Race 8

In the final race today we get 3yo straight maidens going a mile on the grass, do you have a coin? No. 5 Bertrane is a first-time starter for Carla Gaines and this 3yo gelding has some turf breeding, No. 7 Unusually Green is bred for this being by Unusual Heat, he will love this mile turf race. No. 8 Prospector Alley gets his first start off the 50k John Sadler claim and gets a huge jockey upgrade, he hesitated at the start in his first start going 7 furlongs but still ran on to be a solid fourth by 2 lengths. 5-7-8

No. 2 What Goes Around ran a good second with winners in his first start here after shipping in from Hastings Park, he gets back with maidens today and is the one to beat, the last time No. 1 Thunder Cole was here he lost by a head going long on the grass. 1-2

No. 3 Occupy Vancouver needs a patient ride and gets Baze today, No. 5 Tribal Again lost by a nostril in his last start when beating Vancouver. No. 6 Fort Wagner also exits the race and was a close fourth. 3-5-6

No. 1 Elegant Trick ran a good second in her first start on this circuit at this level, No. 2 Undone Sweater was the chalk in her first start at six furlongs and now will go long, she will like it. 1-2

The steady No. 1 Sing and Tell will try and take them wire-to-wire , she will need to hold off the shipper No. 2 Ighraa and the Hollendorfer/Baze runner No. 5 Happybirthdaybaby. 1-2-5

Race 5

No. 2 Solo Ella looks to be closing in on the maiden breaker, No. 3 Devils Backbone ran right behind Ella last time out and now gets the high percentage Carr in the irons. No. 7 Moving Seas ships in from Santa Anita and also has some good early speed and she gets Juan Hernandez in the irons. 2-3-7

No. 1 Good Company will get a good rail trip and may have found a group of maidens he can beat in this his second start on this circuit. 1

Race 7

No. 9 Tizaplayer gets his first start off the 32k claim and a six month vacation, it’s a good sign that he comes back in this claim proof starter allowance race, if he is ready he wins and his works say yes. 9

Race 8

No. 3 Nancypeggy gets a needed drop in class, No. 11 Tiz Blushing is looking for the hat trick and may set off a tiz tiz late double. 3-11
