The speedy No. 2 Tempe who is looking for her fourth straight win gets a confident class hike off the claim, No. 4 Two Blue Hens gets off the grass and drops to her best level, she will be the one to fear down the lane. No. 5 Miss American Pie exits the same race as Tempe and she gets her first start off the Mark Glatt claim and Tyler Baze gets the call. 2-4-5

Lots of early speed in here and that will set things up for No. 6 Magic Number who is back in town after trying some good ones at Turf Paradise, she can get this 7 furlong distance and we will single in the pick five and early pick four. 6

Down the hill they go, No. 11 Lil Swiss Echo gets a good post for this and a top turf jockey in Nakatani gets the call as Joe Talamo who rode her the last two times moves to No. 6 J and S Express. Mike Smith stays on the very speedy No. 10 Mark of a Gem who went wire-to-wire the one time she went down the hill. 6-10-11

No. 9 Warrens Lil Margie has been going a mile in her last two starts and she will like this 7 furlong distance. 1-5-9

Hall of fame trainer Ron McAnally has put back-to-back turf works with the dogs up into No. 1 Miss Serendipity who looks to be sitting on a huge effort, Bill Mott another Hall of famer brings in the classy No. 6 Emollient who is on a every other race win streak and this is her win race. Mott also brings in No. 7 Floral Romance and puts Gary Stevens in the irons. 1-6-7

No. 8 Cool Samurai could not handle the big boys in the R B Lewis and now is spotted right where he should be, he will run them all down late. 8

No. 3 Kilat comes off the layoff and goes down the hill and he owns a win going down the hill, No. 10 Mr. Bossy Pants is a course specialist with six wins down the hill, the drop to this level make him tough but he will need to deal with other speed and that could set it all up for No. 11 Koast who will be sitting chilly off the hot pace. 3-10-11

No. 1 Stop the Clock ships in gets off the grass and drops in class, No. 5 Papa’s Trashed gets Hernandez in this his second try going a mile. 1-5

No. 1 Moonshine Bay is back in town and he has won four of his eight starts here with three seconds and a third, No. 3 Ourwestcoastghost will be the one trying to run down the moonshiner. 1-3

No. 5 Maximum Maximum just missed at this level in his last start by a neck, No. 1 Tribal Again exits the same race and he was just a 1/2 length behind Maximum. 1-5

No. 2 Handful of Pearls looks to have a pace advantage in here, No. 4 Anelina almost ran down the Handful of Pearls last time out but came up a head short. 2-4

Race 6

Jerry Hollendorfer sends out two in this 20k maiden claimer going 1-1/16, No. 2 Bottle Blonde and No. 3 Handfull, both will need to beat No. 6 Mia Isabel who has won both of her starts since shipping in from Santa Anita. 2-3-6

No. 7 Spanishsugarrr has run back-to-back good races going a mile, No. 5 Shesacurlinmytoes exits the same race and gets Dennis Carr this time around. 5-7

No. 3 Runfasterelse and No. 5 Rathbaun will both find a fast early pace to make their late runs, one of them should get up at the wire. 3-5

The late pick four ends with an 8k maiden claimer going a flat mile, No. 1 Take Me Out has had the rail in his last two starts both going a mile, he did finish second one race back and now Carr gets his shot, No. 4 Curious Spy is back in town and finds a real soft field on the big drop down.
