Race 1

No. 1 Kid Rollins is the key in this race as she gets stretched out on the dirt, she will get a good rail ride by the bug boy Van Dyke. No. 2 Silk in Silver and No. 5 Bully’s Magic Girl are the hookups. 1-2-5

Key exacta box 1 with 2-5 and a box 1-2-5

Race 2

We will play this race the same as the first race. In here we will use No. 2 Wine Country Wanda as our key. She made a good late run on a wet fast track in her first start and now gets an extra ½ a furlong and the same jock we keyed in the first race. The hook up will be No. 1 Visions of Candy, No. 5 Nonna Reese on the drop and No. 7 Itsabeautifulday who exits the same race as Wanda. 1-2**-5-7

Key exacta box 2 with 1-5-7 and a key tri using the 2 first and second with 1-5-7

Race 3

No. 1 Harlington Night can get the win if he can run back to those races he ran here last year. No. 2 Carlsbad Mountain should get a part today. No. 4 Pulpit’s Express gets Gary Stevens riding for John Sadler off some good works. 1-2-4

Race 4

No. 1 Jaycee’s Faith was last seen at Del Mar last July, she could be live today with Tyler riding for Mullins. No. 6 Ryderroo won when dropped to this level last time out but had her number taken down and now will need to do it all over again. No. 8 Tickle Again drops in class and exits a key race. 1-6-8

Race 5

$75k maiden fillies go down the hill in the last leg of the players pick five and the first leg of the late pick four and the third leg of the pick six carryover in a very key race that could do a lot of ticket damage. No. 7 An Unusual Group will be a nice price play as she is bred for this turf trip and gets Tyler riding for Mike Puype, this filly looks live at a big price. No. 9 Lamazone looks the one to beat off her last two efforts, she will be in the garden spot crossing the dirt. 7-9

Race 6

No. 2 Kate’s Event gets Bejarano back in the irons and the last two times he rode this 7yo he got the win both times. No. 3 Omega Star comes off a good win and is in top form, he has some solid works since that win. No. 4 War Academy was highly thought of by Baffert last year but something happened in the Arkansas Derby and he has been on the shelf since and now starts his 4yo season. If ready, he wins. 2-3-4

Race 7

No. 3 Incline Village just blew them away when sent down the hill last time out winning by more than five lengths, when these horses like this course they love it. No. 5 Monument had his try down the hill last time out and now Stevens takes over, he will be making a late run. 3-5

Race 8

In a very tough last leg of the pick six and the late pick four we need to go three deep using No. 2 Euroclydon on the big drop and the likely favorite. No. 3 Consecrate also gets the big drop and she ran ok in her one dirt try going a mile here with straight maidens last year, she could be the chalk. No. 8 Alice Roadtrain also drops in this her second start off a troubled first trip here. 2-3-8

Race 2

No. 2 Passionville took some time to get her maiden breaker but finally did when dropped to the 20k level and now she moves into this starter allowance race and looks like a repeater. 2

Race 3

No. 3 How Now gets Baze off the maiden breaker and also could come right back. No. 6 Love Phone has had a lot of chances here at this level but today could be the day at a price. 3-6

Race 4

No. 2 Herculean looks to be the lone speed. No. 6 Monster Hit will be launching from the back while No. 7 Iron Joe T will fall right into a stalking position behind Herculean. 2-6-7

Exacta box 2-6-7

Race 5

No. 7 Grantbobbiawish will try and run down No. 5 Clever Cat who will be gunning from the bell. 5-7

In a very bad 5k maiden claimer we will opt for the only first time starter No. 8 Saloon Sweetheart who beds down in a good barn and gets a good jock. 8
