DEL MAR

Race 1

2yo maiden fillies going 5-1/2 furlongs, they worked on the surface of this synthetic track on Monday so we need to be very careful on how it will play. Trainer Peter Miller looks to have two live first-time starters with No. 1 Stealth Drone and No. 7 Hennythelovepenny, after that watch the board or hit the all button. 1-7

Race 2

No. 7 Three Blondes will be on or near the front, she gets Bejarano in the irons, No. 9 Susan B Good will be sitting chilly in a good stalking position. 7-9

Race 3

Love the work on dropper No. 3 Warrens Lil Margie here on the 16th, she is ready to roll! 3

Win and place 3

Race 4

No. 5 Rosewhitenblue gets her first start off the Avila claim and he puts his go to guy Tiago Pereira in the irons, No. 7 Musical Arts is one very consistent mare, she will get a piece of the pie again today. 5-7

Race 5

In this optional claiming race going 5 furlongs on the grass with a purse of 77k No. 2 Gangnam Guy just missed in his last two starts going down the hill at Santa Anita, he was overmatched in the 200k Echo Eddie last out but fits with these, No. 7 Mal Verde has done little wrong in his two races with a win and a close second, he has a nice last work and will love the grass. No. 9 Unusual Taste comes off a good maiden breaker going down the hill and will also like this grass sprint. 2-7-9

Double

20k 3yo fillies go a flat mile on the synthetic surface, No. 4 Djimmah gets her first taste of the synthetic after two turf races and a dirt race, she will be coming with a late run, No. 5 New Nature has the hook up we like and will love getting back to a flat mile. 4-5

Race 7

No. 2 My Slew owns a win over the track and comes into this race in top form off a good last work, the same can be said for No. 3 Raised a Secret. 2-3

Race 8

THE 90K WICKERR GOING A MILE ON THE GRASS

No. 5 No Jet Lag started his career off in the states here last year with a win going this mile distance, he has been facing much tougher and that last bullet work has him on edge, we will take our shot and single in the late double. 5

Race 9

They say when Kent D sticks around to ride in the last race he must have a live runner and he is on No. 1 Format V who comes back West, No. 5 When We Met drops off the win but is still a must use. No. 9 Mensa Heat is an 8yo gelding with a lot of heart and run, Tyler will have him rolling late. No. 10 Master Chef gets the big drop in class looking to turn his form around. No. 12 Carbonite is the stablemate of Master Heat and will also be making a late run. 1-5-9-10-12
