Trainer Gary Sherlock who has won with 2 of his 6 starters here at the meet sends out No. 2 Passing Game who won here on the 17th, he is striking while the iron is hot. No. 6 Masochistic is a 4yo gelding who won for fun in his last race at Churchill downs when trainer A C Avila shipped him in and won by 14 lengths when sent off as the 2/1 chalk, they had an investigation but nothing came of it. 2-6

Race 2

No. 3 Getaway Keys looks to be the speed. First time starter No. 7 Vord Queen is very live for trainer Puype who looks to be heating up. 3-7

Race 3

No. 2 Sheer Talent was up against it here on the 17th, he gets a big jockey switch to Bejarano and will be very tough to beat today. No. 4 The Cleaners gets a big drop in class and will show all of his early speed today as will his stablemate No. 5 Luz Atticus who also gets the huge drop in class. The two times that No. 7 Valdirone ran on synthetic he ran big. 2-4-5-7

Race 4

2yo maiden fillies go a mile on the grass. Trainer Victoria Oliver sends out first time starter No. 8 Visarno by the good turf sire Kittens Joy, Nakatani will ride and the price will be right, she is a big time player in here. Trainer Belvoir sends out the Artie Schiller first time starter No. 10 Luvuyan and this one will love the grass. 8-10

Race 5

Bejarano gets on the speedy No. 2 Shakahari who drops into this maiden claimer for the first time, Baffert sends out first time starter No. 3 Preordained who is out of the mare Daijin who has dropped 5 winners from 5 starters including two stakes winners. Trainer Cody Autrey who is still looking for a winner sends out first time starter No. 5 University Park off a sharp 5 furlong work and Cody hits at around 40% with his first time starters after him this one is very wide open. 2-3-5

Race 6

No. 1 Pearl de Vere likes to get a piece of the pie but lacks win spirit, she did hit the board in all three of her starts here last year. No. 4 Moscato Girl adds more early speed to the fray, she was a solid second here on the 19th. No. 9 Bird In Love broke her maiden here by 5 lengths on the 17th, she will find a very fast early pace to make her run. 1-4-9

Race 7

They go sprinting five furlongs on the grass. No. 4 Lemon de Oro was up against it in her last start when send long in the Grade 3 Senorita, she gets a drop to reality and to a sprint, her trainer Spawr hits at 50% going sprint to route to sprint. 4

Race 8

No. 12 Theatrical Cast comes off the layoff for Jeff Mullins and gets back to a sprint and his first on synthetic. No. 10 Ava’s Ballet is a first time starter who could surprise at a big price. 10-12

SANTA ROSA

Race 3

No. 3 Tavern Law just missed last out at this level and will be odds on today. No. 5 Takin a Dip and No. 6 Flash Fermelia finished second and third at Sacramento with Takin a Dip 1-1/4 in front of Fermelia.

Race 4

No. 1 Life Is a Stone ran second here on the grass last year in the Wine Country. No. 2 Adriatic Lass will try and make a late run. No. 3 Top Tizzy is the stablemate of Stone and will add more speed to the race.

Race 5

No. 1 Blue Blizzard owns a win here on this 5 furlong turf course. No. 6 Forbidden City has big early speed and gets her first start off the Martin claim. 1-6

Race 6

No. 1 El Sacrificio won first out of the box last year and now makes his first start off the 7 month layoff, he is live. No. 2 Wildfire Kid has been hanging like a rat but finds a race with a fast pace. 1-2

Race 7

No. 2 Gilligan gets back on the grass, he won here on the grass in this past and is 2-for-3 at this grass distance. No. 3 More Champagne exits the same race and could turn the tables with the move to the grass. No. 6 So Elite had his race and could be set. 2-3-6

Race 8

Maiden 2yo go 5-1/2 furlongs. No. 1 Lucky Forty Niner is the speed on the rail, Baze and Bonde hook up with first time starter No. 6 Truely Quick who looks quick. 1-6
