SANTA ANITA

Race 1

We start one of the worst cards that I have ever seen in Southern California, this card belongs at Golden Gate. We have 2yo maiden fillies going 4-1/2 furlongs. No. 3 Seduire has a nice 4 furlong work for her first start and she gets Nakatani riding for Hollendorfer. No. 4 Yes She’s a Dancer showed some good early speed in her first start here on the 8th, she will hold better today. No. 7 Enchanting Lady was a $650k Shah Kaleem purchase and trainer Bob Baffert has put some fast works into here, she may be odds on. 3-4-7

Race 2

In this 6-1/2 furlong downhill turf sprint No. 5 Euroclydon gets Kent D riding for Kristin Mulhall first off the $30k claim and she is sent against winners and that is how bad this field is. No. 6 Lakota Road gets Elvis Trujillo who has moved his tact back to the West Coast, this filly will be flying late. 5-6

Race 3

No. 1 Giant Ego has been one popular item at the claim box, he now makes his first start off the Craig Lewis claim and he looks the lone speed, No. 4 Sheer Talent moves up 2 classes but this trainer hits at .40% with this move. No. 6 Kate’s Event will be dangerous with the drop in class. 1-4-6

Race 4

No. 4 Stadtpark exits out HTW list off a solid try first out for the Iggy/Aguirre hook up, No. 5 This Cat’s Awesome has been anything but awesome burning up a ton of cash, she fits but not on the win end the way he hangs late. 4-5

Exacta 4 with 5 and win and place 4

Race 5

These $20k maidens belong up North, this is one bad field, No. 3 Tough Business lost by 52 lengths in her first start against $75k maiden claimer going down the hill maybe the move to this 5 furlong dirt race will wake her up and Maldo will be gunning from the bell, after that this is anyone’s guess. PASS

Race 6

No. 2 Metaxa bobbled at the start in her last race finishing four wide down the lane to be second by 1/2 a length behind No. 6 Secret Genius, who drops back down after trying better last time out. 2-6

Race 7

No. 6 Prayer Be Mine needs a very patient ride, she gets Nakatani today and the blinkers go on, we will single in this, her second off the layoff. 6

Race 8

No. 2 Star Act has been stuck in second in her last three starts, losing at .60 cents on the dollar and 8/5 and 5/2, she is once again the filly to beat. No. 3 Burning Arch exits our HTW list after an eye popping late run going down the hill in her first start. No. 4 Venetian comes off the layoff, she faced Clenor in her last start at Del Mar in the Filly Juvenile turf. 2-3-4

Exacta and tri box 2-3-4 and win and place 3

GOLDEN GATE

Race 1

We will side with two that will be running down the tiring speed, No. 4 Pebble Beach Baby and No. 5 Commandress. 4-5

Race 2

No. 1 Rule Breaker is at the top of his game at 7 year’s old as he looks for his fourth straight win. 1

Race 3

No. 4 Premium Quality will try and run down No. 5 Jack Jack Jack who will try and take them wire-to-wire.

4-5

Race 4

No. 3 Anytime Magic goes from the turf to the synthetic and gets back to a sprint, No. 5 Toss the Dice is in from Santa Anita and gets his first start off the Steven Miyadi claim, bet him to cash. 3-5

Race 5

No. 1 Ninnavee got the huge win last time out, she has some big back class and can stand the rise in class, No. 4 Secret Memo will be out winging with her. 1-4

Race 6

No. 2 Valid Sale gets the big jockey switch to Baze riding for Steve Sherman, wire-to-wire and a solid single. 2

Race 7

No. 4 Curious Spy looks the play of the day here at the gate, he will find a good pace to make his late run and is on a great win everyother race pattern, we will key him with No. 1 Galea, No. 2 Doubledeesonthetee, No. 5 Magic Bert and No. 6 Bomb Site. 4**

Trifecta key 4 with 1-2-5-6
