No. 2 Shackleford Banks comes off the layoff for papa Mandella, he drops to the bottom but those works say he is the one to beat, No. 8 Thesheetsguy drops to the bottom and gets his first dirt start, look for a big move forward. 2-8

No. 5 Her Emmynency will love going long on the grass, No. 6 She’s Complete won the Juvenile Filly turf at Del Mar. No. 11 Bobbi Grace is the sneaky filly in this race as she is in from Ireland for Tom Proctor. 5-6-11

Maiden 2yo go 6-1/2 furlongs, this is a tough way to end the day, but whenever Mike Smith sticks around it is for a reason and he sticks with second time starter No. 7 Rocko’s Wheel who was 5/2 in his first start at Del Mar, look for a big move forward today and those works here say he is on go, No. 12 Flexible exits the same race, he went off at almost 6/1 in the race and closes to be second. 7-12
