No. 1 Surfin’ Safari is out of the dam Marrakech Gold who has dropped 5 winners from 5 starters, this filly is trained by Karen Headley whose dad Bruce sends out two in the race, first-time starter No. 4 Aparri who has a real nice last work and third time starter No. 3 Our Love Affair who gets the services of Kieren Fallon who sticks around town. No. 5 Sky Mega just missed in her first start by a head. Karen Headley also sends out first-time starter No. 9 Surfing the Menu, she must like to surf, this filly has some real nice works. No. 10 Faringdon Circle exits the same race as Sky Mega. 1-3-4-5-9

Race 3

Baffert waves the white flag with No. 11 Bookworm as he drops from a straight maiden race to this 20k maiden claimer, if he can’t beat this group, oh well, he will probably be claimed, we think he gets the win. 11

No. 5 Grachus the Hunter gets Kent D back on and he was on this gelding when he broke his maiden. 5

This race is so wide open it hurts, we must do some tote watching to find the answer, Mike Smith gets on first-time starter No. 1 Just Kidding for trainer Eurton, this 2yo colt has a last work that says he is on go, Tom Proctor and Van Dyke hook up with first-time starter No. 2 Zip It Up who looks live, after that just watch. 1-2

Race 6

More maiden 2yo this time fillies, Proctor and Smith hook up with No. 1 Taterbug , Tyler Baze gets on No. 3 Lady Lake who is out of the dam Kombat Lake who has dropped 6 winners from 6 starters. Rosario gets on second time starter No. 4 Meta Mu, she has a bullet last work and the extra distance will help her cause. No. 10 Make the Sun Shine has finished second in all three of her starts, she will be the one to beat. 1-3-4-10

Race 7

No. 1 Q’ Viva goes a mile on the grass, gets the cozy one post and Rosario takes over for Bejarano who gets on No. 7 Bow Tie Belle. No. 12 Enduring Erin will be making a big late run. 1-7-12

Race 8

No. 1 Global Hottie came off the layoff and won for fun at .70 cents on the dollar last out, No. 10 Miss Lafayette comes off the layoff and gets her first taste of dirt, she just may like it. 1-10

Race 9

THE GRADE II GOLDIKOVA 

No. 1 Filimbi was a pre-entry for the BC but goes here for Mott, she will be very hard to beat, No. 2 Wall of Sound ran a solid race at Woodbine last out. No. 4 Strathnaver has been facing some tough fillies and mares back East and gets Bejarano riding for Graham Motion. 1-2-4

Race 10

The day and meet end with a 7 furlong maiden race for 3yo and up and all pools must be paid out. No. 1 Cautious Giant just missed off the layoff here last out by a dwindling head, No. 5 Little Curlin has a 7 furlong last work for this and he comes out of solid race in which the winner came back to score. No. 11 Alpha Bird is very unlucky to still be a maiden and is the one to beat. 1-5-11
