DEL MAR

Race 1

No. 2 Burns Turn looks the one to beat on the grass at this level, she has won at this 1-1/16 turf distance in the past and Mike Smith sticks. No. 7 Tebowing has a big last work for this and just missed against Burns Turn here on the synthetic surface back in July. 2-7

Race 2

No. 2 Grand Yodeler is the speed and gets a big drop in class by Mike Puype, Tyler Baze will be gunning from the bell. No. 6 Holiday Maker has a very hard time getting out of the gate, she gets Van Dyke today and a big break in the weights in this her first off  the Julio Canani claim and he gives this 2yo filly a confident boast in class off a big last work. 2-6

Race 3

No. 3 Deer Decarchy is perfectly spotted off the maiden breaker by the high percentage hook up of Iggy and Aguirre, we will take out shot and single in the players pick five. 3

Race 4

No. 1 Press Baron exits our HTW list off a trip that really was not the best ride by Bejarano, he gets another jump in class and is in top form and he won here going this 1-1/16 turf distance back in August. No. 3 Ethnic Dance can run on or off the pace and looks to have a pace advantage in here as we see Maldo gunning from the bell. No. 6 Snaps also has some early speed and will hook up with Ethnic Dance or won of the two will just sit off the others tail. 1-3-6

Exacta box 1-3-6

Race 5

We think Alex Solis will have a good meet here at Del Mar and he sticks with No. 5 Perfect Set whose last win came here at this $16k level, he has a good last work and looks ready. No. 8 Dress Code never got going in his last at Santa Anita, he will rebound in this spot. 5-8

The runner we like is No. 13 Boss Cat who is stuck on the also list, if he gets in he will be our play. 4? -13*
