Not much to look at in these very bad races today, we start with an 8k claimer, No. 3 Pursuitofparadise comes off the claim and win, she looks to be the one to beat at this level, No. 5 J and S Express beat 20k claimers here back in August. 3-5

Race 2

THE 100K DESI ARNAZ

In this 7 furlong race No. 1 Light the City has won both of her starts one here at Del Mar and the other at Santa Anita in the Anoakia, bet her to cash. 1

Race 4

This is a very tough 1 mile turf race for 40k claimers to get any kind of grip on, No. 6 Public Policy gets Kent D riding for Sadler and No. 8 I’vegotafeeling gets the blinkers off and a drop in class. 6-8??

Race 5

No. 3 Eleven Zip looks to be getting closer to the maiden breaker, No. 9 Boss Cat ran good here for this 20k tag back in August. No. 10 Smokey’s Legacy also ran good here for this price tag. 3-9-10

Race 6

Lots of early speed lined up in this 6 furlong sprint, we have two that will be sitting in the back ready to pounce on the tiring speed, No. 4 Sir Barclay and No. 5 Mosso, both own a win over the track. 4-5

Exacta box 4-5 and win and place 4

Race 7

Maiden fillies and mares go 6 furlongs, No. 2 Radiant Journey looks live at first asking against a suspect group, No. 3 Wild At Best was well bet in her first start back in February and now moves into the barn of Jerry Hollendorfer, look for a big effort today. No. 9 Fast Magoo is just that very fast early and very slow late, she needs to hold better. 2-3-9

Race 8

In this 5 furlong turf sprint we will side with No. 4 He’s On His Toes off the maiden breaker on the dirt, he has some grass appeal and will get a fast pace to sit off of and make his one run down the lane. 4

Race 9

In this 2yo maiden race No. 7 Tough Sunday exits our HTW list off a solid effort despite a very bad start finishing third, No. 8 Dr. Suer just missed by a head against 50k maiden claimers, he moves in with straight maidens and Mike Smith sticks around to ride this 2yo gelding. 7-8

No. 4 Power of Ten will be the one closing in on them late. No. 7 English Royal finished a neck behind the Power of Ten one race back going this 5 furlong turf distance. 4**-1-3-7

Key the 4 first and second with 1-3-7

Race 6

No. 2 Pressure Time is looking for the win and for someone to claim him for this cheap price, he looks very iffy to say the least, No. 4 Boston Charley will be out winging it on the front end. 2-4
