Race 1

No. 3 Watdifrenzdzitmake comes off a nice maiden breaker going a mile on the dirt at Santa Anita, she should be ok on the grass and we like the fact that she is stabled here. No. 4 Midnight Candy has run there straight good races going long and Kent gets back on today. 3-4

Race 2

No. 2 Olivia’s Greatdane looks set to go long in start number 2. No. 3 Scattagirl comes off a nice even try going down the hill at Santa Anita and also looks ready to go long. No. 5 Conquest Superstep exits the same race as Olivia on race back and comes off a nice second going 1-1/16 and No. 6 Show Stealer exit that same race. 2-5-6

Race 3

No. 1 Well Measured didn’t draw in this past Sunday but finds a real nice spot in this 7 furlong race. No. 3 Luckbox Sam owns a win here at Del Mar and has a nice last work going this 7 furlong distance. No. 6 Memphis is wheeled back in just six days first off the Hess claim and he puts his go to rider on. 1-3-6

Race 4

No. 1 Sidepocket Run gets a huge jockey change and gets back going long. No. 4 Temeeku won her last start going down the hill but had her number taken down, her and Bejarano look to get redemption. No. 5 Three Blondes has hit the board in five of her six starts here, she losses Bejarano who opts for Temeeku but picks up Stevens who may still be looking for his first win of his comeback. No. 7 Onedewoman looks set to go long on the grass in this her third start. 1-4-5-7

Race 5

No. 5 Gabby’s Purim gets a huge drop in class after failing badly for a $32k price tag on the grass, if she has three legs she can win but this looks very suspicious to say the least, but it’s here or pass.

Race 6

No. 1 Bench Warrant won here at first asking back in July and has been working nothing but bullets since. No. 6 Mischief Clem won by more than seven lengths here back in July and ran back to back good races at Santa Anita after that win with a win and a good 3rd in the $200k Golden State Juvenile. 1-6

Race 7

No. 3 Heat Trap comes off a good win going down the hill and will get the perfect setup in the 5 furlong turf sprint. No. 4 Sam’s Sister has won all three of her starts and now will try the grass. No. 7 Biorhythm can stand the heat up front and is a proven sprinter on the grass, he last work says she is on go. No. 9 Stars Above Me gets Mike Smith riding for Graham Motion, she exits a good try in the Unzip Me.

Race 8

No. 2 Warrior’s Ridge gets the needed drop back in with Maiden claimers and also gets Kent D back. No. 8 Thesheetguy lost by a head going this 6-1/2 furlong distance in his last start at Santa Anita. No. 1 Brackendale looks the speed on the rail. 1-2-8

GOLDEN GATE

Race 1

No. 1 Star’s Woman comes off a good maiden breaker here at this mile turf distance in her first start on this circuit as does No. 4 Buttercup Gold. 1-4

Race 2

No. 1 Nicole Michelle ships in and gets the big drop in class, she has steady works here and gets a good jock. No. 4 Act Naturally looks the speed if the first time starters don’t fire. 1-4

Race 3

No. 1 Cocabella Myst gets Baze in her first turf try. No. 10 Reverchon looks like a good price play going long on the grass. 1-10

Race 4

No. 1 Unmatched Force just failed last time out. No. 3 Kumiva gets a needed drop in class. 1-3

Race 5

No. 1 Josephine’s Moment won in her only start on this turf course and is the one to beat. No. 4 My Lady’s Holiday broke her maiden on this course one race back and ran right behind Josie last out on the synthetic. Papa Mandella ships in No. 5 Dinvar Diva looking for softer. 1-4-5

Race 6

No. 4 Sarahline has burned some serious cash in her two starts and will be the chalk again today. No. 6 Lil Orphan Ellie lost by a nostril last out when beating Sarah. 4-6

Race 7

No. 2 Shades is a first timer for Mandella who goes 1-1/16 on the grass. No. 6 Deputy Copycat gets his third start and first on the grass and he just may take to the green. No. 8 Bertrane ran some good races with better going long on this grass course, he will be dangerous today at this level. 2-6-8

Race 8

No. 3 Country Scarlett is perfectly spotted off her maiden breaker. No. 4 Point Endurance is her stablemate and lost her last two starts at .70 cents on the dollar, no way short again! No. 7 Wildcat Janine gets off the grass and back to a print and her correct level, she will be making a late run.
