No. 6 Hijra exits our HTW list off a good try from the far outside last time out, she gets a better post today. No. 7 Gender Agenda has been racing over her head and now gets some needed class relief. 3-5-6-7

No. 1 Moonlight Meeting drops in with 20 maidens for the first-time, he has speed, blinkers and Kent D, No. 8 Career Criminal is out of the dam Career Fair who has dropped 3 winners from 3 starters and he has a big time work here on Jan 21st. 1-8

Race 5

No. 1 Frosty Friday is in from Churchill Downs for trainer Mark Casse, she took some action in her one start and finished a fast closing third, Mike Smith gets on first-time starter No. 9 Curlin’s Fox for Carla Gaines and this filly has been working like a runner and she gets a good post for this downhill turf sprint. 1-9

If you’re looking for some value in the Kentucky Derby future book take a shot with No. 1 Lord Nelson before this race is run, he just may be the sneaky runner in the Baffert arsenal of 3yo. Kent D. and his brother Keith hook up once again on one of this year’s early Kentucky Derby favorites No. 4 Texas Red who won the BC Juvenile here by more than six lengths, he may not be a sprinter and this looks like a prep for longer. Baffert also sends out the highly regarded No. 5 Punctuate who won at first asking here back in September when blasting home to win going away with the blossoming Rose(ie) Napravnik riding that day. 1-4-5

Very interesting that No. 8 Empty Headed shipped up to Belmont Park and ran a winning race for a 25k price tag and somehow was claimed by Jeff Mullins and now comes back and runs in the Super Bowl Party 1-1/8 for a purse of 40k, No. 10 Buymeabond just won here at this 1 1/8 turf distance. No. 3 Press Baron is in top form but has never won on this turf course. 3-8-10

No. 11 Fab Four Ever drops in with claimers for this her second start and gets the hustling Pedroza. 1-2-11

Race 1

No. 2 Life Is a Joy goes long again and gets Baze, No. 3 Hear the Ghost just missed last out and is the stablemate of Life Is a Joy. 2-3

No. 4 Listo Warrior has improved with every start, today could be the day, No. 2 Ted Oliver and No. 1 Rock the Game both exit the same race. 1-2-4

No. 5 Alert in Class is in top form and continues her move back up the class ladder and jockey Juan Hernandez fits the mare like a glove. 5

No. 5 Harry’s Here has lost 16 straight races but is the speed in here with the bug boy Carson Sullivan riding, No. 7 Lucky Lane is the only first-time starter in this 8k maiden claimer and he is a must use with Baze riding for Bonde. 5-7

No. 1 Intaxication has won 3 of his 5 starts and is 2 for 2 here at the Gate, No. 6 Aalsmeer just missed by a nostril last out for this price tag and was claimed by John Martin, bet him to cash. No. 7 Awesome Silver ran right behind Aalsmeer last out. 1-6-7

Race 8

There will be a rush to the exits after this race or some may have already bet and left, No. 2 Demon Dancer is on the improve and may have been best in his last but got fanned five wide but still came on to lose by less than two lengths, No. 3 Alpine Gathering comes back to town after meeting better at Santa Anita with little luck. 2-3
