No. 2 Kafister looks to be rounding back into form and will like this 7 furlong distance. No. 4 Urban Hunter is a re-claim by trainer Julio Canani and is the speed of the race, this 8yo gelding has two wins and a second from his three starts here. 2-4

No. 5 Mighty Pleasing has several things going for him in this 7 furlong sprint, he gets off the grass, a drop in class and a turn back in distance and a new jock. No. 9 Congrats Seattle exits our HTW list off a nice effort in his first try at this level. No. 10 North Lake Tahoe will show all of his speed with on the drop.

No. 1 Pat the Bear has turned into a Bear since coming to Santa Anita, winning both of his starts. No. 3 Chief of Staff won like a good thing in his start here after coming here from Emerald Downs. No. 4 Conquest Harlanday comes off the win and has a sharp 5 furlong work. 1-3-4
Race 4
No. 2 Sprague River drops off the win but do not fear as her trainer hits at .40% with this move. No. 4 Warren’s Gussie is 2-for-2 on this grass course and 1-for-1 down the hill. 2-4

This is one very tough straight maiden race for 3yo fillies. No. 4 Canadian Exchange took some action in her first start and ran a big race at Los Al back in December. No. 5 Beth’s Bling ran with some good ones at Los Al also back in December and that race ended up a key race with both the second and third place finishers coming back to score next out. No. 8 Tiz My Cherrie exits our Golden Gate HTW list off a solid second first out of the box, she has some big early speed. Just another very tough race, this one is for $32k fillies and mares 4yo and up going a mile on the grass. No. 1 Nazareth drops and gets blinkers on, look for a big run today with Espinoza getting the call. No. 2 Dissension had her comeback race and it was a key race at that, she is ready for the stretchout. No. 5 Nero’s Pleasure is on a win every other race pattern and this is her win race. No. 8 Lady Asano gets her first start off the Ted West claim, he drops her below the claimed price but Brice Blanc gets the call and he is a top grass rider. 1-2-5-8
Race 7
No. 2 Pica gets her second start off the layoff, she missed by a head last out and has the hot combo of Espinoza and Peter Miller, Espinoza has gone 3-2-1 in his last 8 rides for Miller. No. 3 My Monet gets off the grass and loves this dirt course with 2 wins and 2 seconds from her four starts on it. No. 5 Courageous Call comes off a good win here when coming off the long layoff at odds of 25/1, she can come right back. 2-3-5

This is a very wide open $100k Sensational Star going down the hill. No. 2 Boozer has hit the board in all six of his starts down the hill winning three of them. No. 4 Bettys Bambino who won 4 of 5 down the hill including 3 in a row. No. 6 Ambitious Brew won this race last year and No. 8 Pathway to Yes is 2-for-2 going down the hill and is the speed. 2-4-6-8

This looks to be a sweet race as we will use No. 1 Sweet Silica who is spotted perfectly off her easy maiden breaker and No. 2 Sweet Boss who ships in and gets Russell the Muscle. 1-2

We will go singling in the pick five using No. 6 Three Strike Rule who is wheeled back in 7 days off the win. Miyadi is striking while the irons is hot as he also drops off the win a move he wins with at .70%. 6
