Maiden 3yo go 1-1/8 on the grass. No. 3 Blue Law exits our HTW list off a real nice try in his first going long an first on the grass, he has a sharp 5 furlong work on the 21st. No. 6 Commander King makes his first start as a 3yo, he ran a better then looked 3rd in his one start and he should take to the grass. No. 10 Milton exits the same race as Blue Law and gets his second try on the grass, the good turf jockey Nakatani gets the call today. 3-6-10

Race 2

No. 2 Pay the Debt got back on track when dropped to this level last out. No. 6 Lust for Life gets back to a sprint, she is in good form and will be the one to fear late. 2-6

Race 3

No. 3 Trelawny gets the drop in class and a move to the dirt as Kent D rides for his brother Keith, this 8yo gelding looks to have found a good spot. No. 4 Nextdoorneighbor has been hot winning four of his last five starts, he moves back up the ladder. 3-4

Race 4

If the weather is fine down the hill they go. No. 1 Brescat had a bad trip in her first start in the states, she has a nice last work and Stevens sticks. No. 7 Humoristica won at first asking when going down the hill, she will be part of the early pace. No. 11 Anniversary Kitty won like a good thing  in her first try on this course, she exits our HTW list as a $$$ play. 1-7-11

Race 5

No. 3 Reno Rebel just missed first off the Peter Miller claim last out, he will fall into a perfect stalking position behind the speedy No. 6 Masochistic. 3-6

Race 6

No. 1 Nob Hill has improved with each start, he gets the cozy rail today and if he gets the untroubled trip he will be there. No. 2 The Man is the stablemate of Nob Hill and gets the stretchout in this his 3rd start and now we have No. 4 Wabel who also beds down with The Man and Nob Hill, he may be the speed of the speed. When all is said and done we will be taking our shot with Nob Hill. 1

Race 7

No. 7 Luminance finally make her 3yo debut after being highly touted as a 2yo. She won at first asking at Del Mar when sent off at .50 cents on the dollar, she will try and go a mile off the layoff. Love the 7 furlong win by No. 8 Wild At Heart, she will like this distance but will need to sit chilly off the speed.

THE GRADE III SANTA YSABEL 

GOOD FOR 10 KENTUCKY OAKS POINTS

No. 2 Curlin’s Fox was hammered at the windows in her first start going down the hill winning at .60 cents on the dollar, she will love going long. No. 3 Enchanting Lady blasted 2yo fillies last June in the Landaluce. No. 4 Achiever’s Legacy has been facing Grade I company in her last two starts and now gets Gary Stevens. No. 5 Rainha Da Bateria exits our HTW list and gets her first try on the dirt, she will be making a late run if able to handle the dirt. No. 6 Light the City ran a solid second last out in a Grade I when beating her stablemate Achiever’s Legacy. 4-5-6

Race 9

No. 11 Prevaricator comes off a 7 month layoff but if able to run to her race back in July at Del Mar she could win. Maldo will be gunning No. 1 Ruby N Diamonds from her inside post. 1-11

GOLDEN GATE

Race 1

Since we don’t like any of the runners that have met the starter we will go with first time starter No. 5 Beautiful Desert out of the John Martin barn. 5

Race 2

No. 1 Geno’s Bambino drops and gets Hernandez. No. 4 Intaxication was claimed by Morey for $20k on Feb 1st and now he puts him in this $6.250 claimer. Not a good sign but if he does still have 3 legs he gets the job done. 1-4

Race 3

No. 4 Unbridled Candy may have found his running style as he took back and made a run at them down the lane to miss by a neck. No. 6 Pure Thunder ships in looking for softer. 4-6

Race 4

No. 2 Madiba ships in from Santa Anita for Hollendorfer, he exits a key race and is the one to beat, he will be our single in the pick five. 2

Race 5

No. 1 Gabby’s Purim gets her second start on this circuit at this level. She was a good second last out here and will try and run down No. 2 Siberian Winter and No. 4 Sky Tribute. 1-2-4

Race 6

No. 2 Demon Dancer comes off of back-to-back very wide trips. Gozo gets the call today and this gelding should get the job done on the drop. 2

Race 7

No. 4 Milady Maid is in top form and on a win every other race pattern and this is her win race. No. 8 Wild Delilah is also in form and Baze gets the call today. 4-8

Race 8

Pedro Terrero has made the best of his mounts for Hollendorfer and he sticks with No. 7 Toruk Makto off a narrow miss last out, he was DQ to fifth for a bumping incident and is looking for some redemption. No. 6 Eagle Screams exits the same race and was moved up from 4th to 3rd. Dennis Carr gets on No. 2 Argyle Cut who will be making a late run. 2-6-7

Race 9

No. 2 Summer Story drops seeking his correct level as does No. 4 Paszcatch, after that this one is very wide open. 2-4
