Race 1

No. 1 Jackson Sundown gets his second start at this level. He has the cozy rail in this mile race and owns a win and a second from his two starts here on this course and the win came at this mile distance. We will single in the players pick five. 1

Race 2

No. 2 Alexita comes to town from Prax and lands in the barn of Peter Miller, she looks like a runner. No. 4 Exposure comes off the easy maiden breaker for Baffert and looks the one to beat. James Graham gets on first time starter No. 6 Summer Lady for trainer Miyadi and this filly could fire at a price. 2-4-6

Race 3

No. 2 Jan’s Spirit drops in class for Baltas and will be a short price in here. No. 3 Clem Juice is the alternative play as she won in her only start here last year, she gets off the grass and will be coming with a big late run. 2-3

Race 4

Miyadi and Graham hook up again with No. 2 Aragorn Flyer who drops from a straight maiden race into this $40k maiden claimer. No. 7 Dixie Writer is a first time starter with the hook up we like as Iggy rides for Aguirre. No. 10 Oh Mercy Me is a Tommy Town first time starter and the stablemate of Aragon Flyer.

Exacta box 2-7-10

Race 5

No. 4 Da Jenius was last seen going off at 4/1 vs. the likes of Dortmund last November, there are no Dortmunds in here. No. 5 Just Kidding finished a good 3rd vs Whiskey Ticket who won the Illinois Derby next out, Bejarano will ride today. 4-5

No. 1 Coolington is on a win every other race pattern and this is his win race. No. 2 Test Ride gets the huge drop in class and that makes him very dangerous. No. 9 Finallygotabentley gets back to a sprint and Bejarano gets back on. 1-2-9

Race 7

No. 2 My Slew gets the hot riding Maldo back in the irons. No. 3 Newfound Gold will be short again but is very tough at this level. No. 7 Hidden Zensation comes off a hard fought win going 7 furlongs at Santa Anita, he has the good connections of Keith and Kent Desormeaux. 2-3-7

Race 8

No. 3 Jack No drops in class in start number two. He broke slow and was steadied in his first start and will go much better this time around with Maldo picking up the mount. No. 11 Grace and Truth looks  very sneaky and the price will be right. 3-11
