Talking about Van Dyke, he gets a rare ride for Bob Baffert on second time starter No. 4 Fateer, she had a troubled first trip, No. 7 Ritzy Tags is the stablemate of Fateer, she moves from the inside to the out and will be much improved today. 4-7

No. 4 He’s a Bling lost by a nostril in his last start at Del Mar and he did run a good second on the dirt at Churchill Downs, Kent D jumps on No. 7 Vegas Strip who looks to be sitting on a good race, he has a nice last work here on the 6th. No. 9 Mr. Itkins exits the same race as the top two and they could finish 1-2-3 as the last time they met they ran 2nd 3rd and 4th. No. 10 Day of Fury was 6/5 vs. Hoppertunity back in January, he lost to Hoppertunity that day finishing third, this looks like a prep but this 3yo gelding is a must use. 4-7-9-10

No. 4 Cotton Valley has found a soft group of 20k maiden claimers for this mile race, Tyler will have him rolling down the lane, No. 10 Mapping looks sneaky with the drop and getting off the grass. 4-10

20k maiden fillies and mares go 5 furlongs on the grass, No. 2 Country Scarlett looks very live at first asking for Mathis, No. 4 Worldly Sarah showed some good early speed with straight maidens and now drops. Trainer Arnold Torres has won with 3 of his 5 runners at the meet and he sends out first-time starter No. 8 Her Majesty Missy with the hot riding Amador. 2-4-8

No. 3 Flash of Lightning goes a mile in this his third start, he gets Amador and a mile work on the 7th and drops in with maiden claimers, No. 7 Jamison County ran even in his first race going 5 furlongs, he will like the longer trip. 3-7

No. 1 Gotnaceupersleeve is the speed in this 1-1/16 turf route, No. 5 Life Is a Stone is her stablemate and will be on her heels from the bell. No. 7 Humming Beethoven has won two straight on the grass since coming here from Santa Anita, she will try and run the top two down. 1-5-7

No. 5 Techwood only need to move forward a little in this his second start to get the win, No. 8 Broadcaster comes North looking for easier. No. 10 Boston Charley gets his second start on this circuit. 5-8-10

3yo 20k maiden claimers go 1-1/16 on the grass, No. 11 Stolen Property ships in for trainer Dan Blacker, he was meeting much stronger in his turf races at Santa Anita and is the one to beat with Dennis Carr getting the ride. 11

No. 7 Daugava drops off a nice try here, she looks the one to beat off of that race, No. 8 Elda was right in front of Daugava as the 2/1 chalk, she will be short today and we will try and beat her. 7-8

Race 7

No. 8 Outdoorsman Gene has won 5 of his 8 starts on this turf course, No. 12 Falling Knife who beat the Outdoorsman last time out gets Baze today. 8-12

Race 8

No. 3 They Call Me Mr. P looks ready to score, No. 4 Quetta’s Toy ran right behind Mr. P. as did No. 8 Perfect Game Cain who gets his second start off the Ordonez claim and he hits at a whopping 100% second off the claim. 3-4-8

Race 9

No. 9 Tale Me No Secrets just missed her last time out, No. 12 Emeraldcity Kitten comes off a big win on this turf course in her last start and looks to be putting it all together. 9-12

Race 10

No. 5 Red Sole Diva ran a nice even race in her first start and looks set for a big run today, No. 4 Her Again and No. 7 Joylicious both exit the same race. 4-5-7
