$10K claimers travel a flat mile. No. 2 Impression comes off a nice win last out going a mile on the dirt for a 8K tag. No. 6 The Creep gets off the grass and gets the needed class drop. 2**-6

California bred 2-year-old maiden fillies go five furlongs on the grass. No. 10 Luxury Liner turns back to a sprint and we like her post. No. 1 Teddy’s Barino is a first-time starter with a big four-furlong work here on August 17. 10-1 

Race 5 

$32K maiden 2-year-old fillies go 5 1/2 furlongs. No. 2 Take Her Temp looks like a solid single to end the early pick five. She finished second in her debut race and the filly who beat her came back and won next out.  2*** 

Race 6 

$32K fillies and mares travel a flat mile on the grass. No. 5 Too Much Heaven looks set for a big effort in this, her second start at the meet. No. 8 Lady Noguez just missed by a half length last out. No. 11 Columbian Gold finished second by a neck when just ahead of Lady Noquez. 11-8-5 

Race 7 

$20K fillies and mares go 5 1/2 furlongs. No. 4 Bounty of Gold looks the speed of the speed. No. 8 Wishful drops in class looking for the win with the big jockey upgrade. 8**4

Race 8 

$80K optional claiming 3-year-olds go 1 1/16 miles. There is a lot of early speed in this race and that will lead us to No. 7 Mecklenburg off a real nice first effort after shipping in from Ireland. No. 8 Ajourneytofreedom was overmatched last out and now makes his first start as a gelding and the blinkers come off. 7-8 

Race 9 

$20K maiden fillies and mares go seven furlongs. We will single No. 4 Into Victory off her good second going a mile last out. She will love this seven furlong distance.
