California-bred $50K maiden 2-year-olds travel a flat mile. No. 4 Lemon Drop Shot has run five times finishing second four times and third the other. All were in sprints and just maybe this distance will be the answer. No. 5 Crash Corrigan stretches out off a second last out. 4-5
Race 2
$8K starter allowance fillies and mares go 5 1/2 furlongs. No. 2 Just Grace is in top form and will be hard to beat in this race. No. 6 Mama’s Kid has won three of her five starts here and she beat Just Grace one race back. No. 3 Jenpirestrikesback will sit back and make one run. 2-6-3

$30K maiden 2-year-old fillies go 5 1/2 furlongs. No. 2 Daring Cat just may have found a group she can beat. No. 7 Tequila Diva will move forward in this her second start. 2-7
Race 4
$20K maidens travel a flat mile. No. 9 Gambini gets his second try on the dirt and will be out winging it on the front end and finds little to beat. No. 8 Barhopsky was scratched on Friday when he did not draw in from the also eligibles. No. 3 Afleeting Life will go better today as the blinkers come off. 9-8-3
