$8k 3yo will go 5 ½ furlongs. No. 2 Boy Howdy just missed here by a dwindling neck on the 6th. No. 3 Desert General was claimed by Jonathan Wong for $10k at Del Mar and comes back in this $8k race. He hits at around .40% with this move. No. 4 Rocky’s Show has hit the board in 6 of his 7 starts here. No. 5 Burn Me Twice comes off a nice wire to wire win here on the 8th. 6,250 claimers going 5 ½ furlongs. No. 9 ALL ABOUT TRUMP is wheeled back in 7 days off a good second at this level. He has run second in both of his starts here, he gets a great post and his second try at this level, he will be our single of the day. 9***


Race 6

No. 7 Satrapa ran here on the 14th for a $25k price tag. He drops in for $8k looking for the win and gets blinkers on. No. 8 Prayer Warrior is in from Golden Gate and perfectly spotted, we like Martin Garcia in the irons. 7-8

Race 7

$20k maidens go five furlongs. No. 4 Fortnite Dance ran his best race here back in July. No. 6 Go Sammy Go showed good early speed at this level here on the 7th. No. 7 White Russian had his race and will go much better today second off the claim. 4-6-7

Race 8

This $40k optional claimer is loaded with early speed, we will look for an off the pace runner. No. 4 Reflect takes a big class drop and will be the one coming late. No. 5 Tiz Toffee comes off a big win but has proven she can sit right off the pace. 4-5

Race 9

Cal bred maidens go 5 ½ furlongs. No. 1 Satchel Paige gets off the grass and back to a sprint and makes his first start as a gelding. No. 3 Jetovator is the speed and will be tough to run down. No. 7 Claim of Passion is the stablemate of Satchel. He just missed by a neck in his last start at Del Mar. No. 9 Tiger Strike made his first start sprinting on the grass, he is a player. 7-9-3-1

Race 10

Cal bred $50k maiden 2yo go 5 ½ furlongs. No. 2 Hot Socks ran good here back in July. No. 3 Hapi Hapi comes off a trouble first start at Del Mar and we like the slight move up in class. No. 7 Coastline Sermon drops from a straight maiden race and is a first time gelding. No. 9 Govenor Cinch ran a solid 3rd first out of the box when well bet at Del Mar. 2-3-7-9
