Race 1

Maidens travel 1 1/8 miles on the grass. No. 3 Waraire gets Joel Rosario in the irons for trainer John Sadler on the stretch out in this, his second start off a nice last work. No. 8 Frasard has had his chances but may have found a winning spot. No. 1 On Easy Street finished right behind Frasard last out. 3-8-1

Race 2

California-bred $20K optional claimers travel a flat mile. No. 1 Coalinga Road is on a win every other race pattern and this is his win race. No. 3 Popular Kid drops in class and jockey Flavien Prat gets back on for trainer Peter Miller. 1-3

Race 3

Maiden 3-year-old fillies go six furlongs on the grass. No. 5 Freedom Flyer returns to grass and will go better. No. 6 American Heights ran an even race first out going five furlongs on the grass at Del Mar. No. 9 Smitten by Kitten is bred for the grass and had a big last work for this race. 5-6-9

Race 4

$50K optional fillies and mares go six furlongs. No. 4 Brittle and Yoo looks set off her workout here on Dec. 24. No. 5 Ciaro Que Si exits the same last race as Brittle and Yoo. No. 6 Little Miss Ellie will sit back off a hot pace and pounce down the lane. 4-5-8

Race 5

Maiden 3-year-old fillies go six furlongs on the grass. No. 4 Majestic Steps is a live Irish shipper. No. 6 Ragged Rose is a first-time starter who is bred to be a good one. No. 8 Avisse will like the turn back after three straight mile grass races. No. 10 Katerini exits a key race. 4-6-8-10

Race 6

$62,500 optional claimers travel 1 1/16 miles. No. 4 Ekklesia looks super tough in this race off a big-time last work. No. 5 Pontantico will be motoring late. 4**-5

Race 7

The $200K Grade 2 San Gabriel at 1 1/8 miles on the grass. No. 5 Count Again comes off a big win in the Grade 2 Seabiscuit at Del Mar and just worked a bullet here on Dec. 27 when best of 88 workers. The $100K Grade 3 Sham for 3-year-olds going a flat mile. No. 5 Life is Good takes his first real step on the Kentucky Derby trail after an eye-popping maiden win first out when sent off at 20 cents on the dollar. 5***

Race 9

$62,500 optional claimers go six furlongs on the grass. No. 4 Mesut just missed here last out in October going 5 1/2 furlongs on the grass. No. 10 Encoder is a win-or-nothing runner. 4**-10
