Race 7 

$50K starter allowance runners go 6 1/2 furlongs. No. 2 Starship Bubba gets off the grass and back to a sprint. He takes his first race as a gelding and jockey Joel Rosario rides this 15-1 shot. No. 8 Mister Bobby had a nice prep for this at Belmont on July 5 and he broke his maiden here last year. No. 4 Dangerous Edge gets Irad Ortiz Jr. in the irons and the blinkers come off. 2**-8-4 

Race 8 

New York bred $40K optional fillies and mares travel 1 1/16 miles on the inner turf course. No. 1 Pecatonica just won here on the 16th and that makes her 2-for-2 at Saratoga. No. 3 Short Pour looks solid in this spot as she gets her second start off the layoff. No. 4 Out of Trouble gets jockey Javier Castellano up for trainer Brad Cox in this very live spot. 3-4-1 

Race 9 

The 7-furlong John Morrissey for New York breds. No. 5 Bank It missed by a head here last year in the $250K Albany when losing to No. 6 Funny Guy. No. 9 Celtic Chaos won this race last year and he gets jockey Javier Castellano up today. 5-6-9 

Race 10 

New York bred $40K maidens go 5 1/2 furlongs on the grass. No. 7 Disciplanarian gets jockey Jose Ortiz in the irons today riding for trainer Michael Maker who is having a solid meet. No. 10 Fluent in Sarcasm has long shot look and is a must use. 7-10
