FAIRGROUNDS, RACE 5: 3-year-old maidens go 5 1/2 furlongs on the grass. No. 2 Lontano is the one to beat off his second place finish on this course first out for trainer Mark Casse when bet down to the 9-5 favorite.

No.8 Jupestar comes off the layoff and will go better today sprinting on the grass after back-to-back grass races routing as a 2-year-old at 20-1 on the morning line, we will use.

No. 1A Imperial Moment is in from Belmont Park to make his first start as a 3-year-old after back-to-back 6-furlong turf races in New York. He moves from the Bill Mott barn to the hot Louie Roussel barn.

The horse and price play we like in this race is No. 9 Two Point Oh who was last seen running a better than looked race at Aqueduct back in December. The second-place finisher in that race won next out. At 8-1 we will bet him win and place and make key exacta boxes.

OAKLAWN PARK, RACE 4: $16K starter allowance runners travel a flat mile on the main track. No. 8 Codetowin is on a six-race win streak and has won 7 of his 14 lifetime starts. The track was off yesterday and this gelding showed he can win on any kind of surface as he won his last race in the mud at 8-1 on the morning line, he will be our key runner in this mile race.

No.1 A Matrooh will be overbet off of back-to-back wins here for leading trainer Robertino Diodoro. No. 2 Candy Carlos just missed by a neck here going 1 1/16 miles back on Feb. 1. No. 9 Croation rounds out the contenders as he exits the same last race as Candy Carlos.
