$12,500 claimers 4yo and up non winners of two races go six furlongs. No. 3 Kaboom at least is not a proven loser with only two races and a huge wire-to-wire win last out, he is perfectly spotted and we love Franco on today. No. 6 Gutsy Streak won first out at Los Al TB and also is spotted good. We can never figure out David Jacobson on his claims, he claimed No. 7 Trapalanda for $25k and now drops him in here. No. 8 Rocky’s Show sports a big time last work. 3-6-7-8

Race 3

Optional $40k runners 4yo and up go a mile on the grass. No. 1 Maestro Dearte exits our HTW list off a game win despite trouble last out, his last work signals he is still very sharp. No. 2 Burning Brightly gets the stretchout and Prat, he will love the longer trip today. No. 3 Temple Keys has little win spirit but is a must use in the exotics. No. 9 Rigoletto gets the stretch out in this his second start in the states for Sadler/Van Dyke. 1**/2-9-3

No. 2 Mopotism is in top form and will try and upset the big chalk in here No. 4 Unique Bella. No. 5 Majestic Heat will be the price play. 4-2-5

No. 1 Next Shares exits our HTW list as a $$$ play off his good second here in his first start for Baltas when shipping in from New York. No. 2 Bowies Hero exits a tough win in the Grade II Mathis Mile but loses Desormeaux as he opts for No. 3 Blackjackcat how has won 3 of his 6 starts here. 1**-2-3

No. 1 Ax Man exits our HTW list off an eye popping win first out of the box for Baffert. Baffert also sends out the highly regarded No. 3 Nero off a nose win last out and the colt he beat won next out. No. 6 Kris’ Rocket Kat also exits our HTW list off a big time maiden score. 1-6-3

Race 7

$20k maidens 4yo and up travel a mile on the main. No. 2 Seau ran his best race when dropped to this level last out. No. 3 Wise Curlin drops and gets off the grass, he will show more early speed today. No. 10 Traffic Thief also dorps and gets off the grass and Sadler owns a good record when dropping two or more classes. 10-3-2

Optional $40k runners 4yo and up go a mile on the grass. No. 5 Van Cortlandt gets his second start off the layoff and Prat gets on today, his last work says yes…No. 7 TONY BLACKJACK is the now horse, he is great form and will benefit a very fast early pace today. 7***-5

$50k starter allowance runners 4yo and up go seven furlongs. No. 9 Conqueror exits our HTW list off a game second despite trouble last out at this same level, he will love the extra half a furlong today, we will single in the late pick four and five. 9

This big day ends with maiden 3yo going down the hill, this is a real grab bag so tread lightly. No. 8 Eskimo Roses has finished second in both of his downhill turf tries and he gets Kent D on today. No. 9 Majestic Eagle exits some real tough races and will take to the grass. No. 10 Masked went off as the 9/5 chalk first out vs. Lombo who came back and won the Grade III Robert E Lewis. 8-9-10
