Race 1

This three day week of racing at Santa Anita starts off with a lack luster mile dirt race for $6,250 claimers. No. 3 Orejas takes a huge class drop for Baltas and he puts the bug boy Ceballos up for the win. No. 5 Roman Tizzy is a hanger but usually comes up with a piece of the pie. No. 6 Awe is another big dropper, he did not like the mud last out and will go better on a fast track. 3**-6-5

Race 2

$30k maiden 3yo go a mile on the dirt. No. 7 Dare to Enter is the one to beat, he just missed at this level one race back on a fast track. No. 1 Ministerofmyheart exits the same last race as Dare to Enter, a fast track will move him up. 7**-1

Race 3

This is on wide open downhill turf sprint for maiden fillies and mares. No. 1 Bad and Bougie has some good works for her debut but the rail could hamper her. No. 8 And Counting has a real nice last work for her debut, she gets a great post and Tyler up, after those two girls we need to hit the all button. 8**-1/all

Race 4

$25k claimer for 3yo going a mile on the dirt. No. 6 Elevated Knight gets back to the distance of his maiden score. No. 7 Shackalov gets off the grass and back to the distance and surface of his maiden win. 6-7

Race 5

$40k claimer for fillies and mares going down the hill. No. 5 Goseecal has been turf routing with little success and now will try going down the hill, she may like it. No. 6 Midnight Lilly also has been going long on the grass and gets a turn back to sprinting and a new live jock with G Franco up today. No. 7 Cynthiana has a big last work. 5-6-7

Race 6

$20k maiden fillies and mares go five furlongs. No. 6 Blame the Weather is the speed and Maldo will be gunning from the bell. No. 5 Tengs Best Girl was well bet in her one start and never ran a lick, we will give her on more shot. 6***-5

Race 7

In this $16k claimer for 3yo fillies going six furlongs there is all front speed with the exception on No. 1 Cinnamon Twist, look for her to sit back chilly of the red hot pace and blow them away down the lane.

Win and place 1

Race 8

Optional $16k claimers fillies and mares go down the hill. No. 8 Promnesia lost by a head going down the hill last out vs. better. No. 3 Ashley’s Charms won in her only try on this course. No. 7 Halo Darlin will be making a late run on the turn back from a mile turf race. 8**-3-7
