Maiden fillies and mares go down the hill,  No. 6 Token Vow has a big work here on the 9th then just blew out on the 15th, she looks ready for a good one first out of the box. No. 8 Nice Ice comes off the layoff and gets Ceballos, she was well bet last out and will love this course. No. 9 Stradella Road has run all three of her races on this course, she ran a good 3rd last out. 8**-9-6

Race 2

Optional $40k fillies and mares go a mile on the dirt. No. 2 Poetic has a big last work, Mike Smith sticks and she is the one to beat. No. 4 Night Time Inc gets off the grass and gets a break in the weights with the bug boy getting on today, she has won on the dirt in the past. Keith and Kent D hook up on No. 6 Not Now Carolyn who will be on or near the front end the entire trip, her last win came here at this distance when Kent was on board and he gets back on for his bro today. 2-6-4

Race 3

Maiden fillies and mares go 6-1/2 furlongs on the main. No. 2 Aunt Lubie a $325k purchase by Uncle Mo (Indian Charlie) looks fast first out of the gate. No. 4 She’s Funny is the stablemate of Aunt Lubie, she ran two times last year with no success but was sent off the chalk in both, Van Dyke will ride her today, look for a better effort. 2-4

Race 4

$35k claimers 4yo and up go a mile on the grass. No. 1 Kona Dreams is in top form and will be on or near the front end from the bell. No. 4 Spitfire will have some value in here, she exits the same race and was only a length behind Kona, we like Blanc on today as they move back to the grass. 1-4

Race 5

Starter allowance runners who have started for a claiming price of $30k or less go six furlongs, lots of early speed in here. No. 5 Sharon’s Fury comes off a good win, she can sit and won in his one and only try at this distance. No. 6 Treasure Hunter just missed at this level last out and he can sit off the hot pace today. 5-6

Race 6

THE $100K GRADE 3 SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO AT 1-3/4 ON THE GRASS

No. 2 Nessy is in town from Florida where he just finished 3rd at this distance in a Grade 2, Mike Smith will ride for Ian Wilkes. No. 3  Evo Campo can blast some big races and we like Van Dyke on today for Paddy Gallagher. No. 7 Rye is a hard hitter with 8 wins from his 17 starts and 2 for 4 here at Anita, he is on a win every other race pattern and this is his win race. 7-3-2

Race 7

Optional $62,500 claimers go a mile on the main. No. 2 Top of the Game gets some big class relief and has won 4 of 6 starts on this course. No. 3 Clear the Mine is in top form and just blasted a bullet work on the 17th. No. 4 Sorry Erik comes off the layoff for team Desormeaux, his works say ready. No. 5 Ike Walkers is a $40k reclaim by Hollendorfer and a must use in the exotics. 2-3-4-5

Race 8

$6,250 claimers 4yo and up go six furlongs. No. 2 Chromium drops to the level of his last win. No. 5 Bear Skinned exits our HTW list off a neck loss at this level last out. No. 11 Blaze’n Prospector is in from back East for Jacobson and takes a huge class drop. No. 12 Omdurman is a great fit at this level, he exits the same race as Bear Skinned one race back and then ran a better than looked 4th with better last out. 5**-12*-2-11

Race 9

$50k maiden fillies and mares 4yo and up go down the hill to end this tough day of betting. No. 2 Red Shelby and No. 5 Flourescent both exit the same straight maiden race. No. 7 Sheza Factor got a taste of this downhill turf course last out, look for better today as she also drops from a straight maiden race. No. 10 Shanghai Tootsie is a first-time starter who draws a great post and gets Blanc, he last work says she is on go! 10*-2-5-7
