No. 6 Classy Tune looks the filly to beat off her huge try last out and now she gets Prat on. 6-2-5

Race 2

Cal bred maidens go 5-1/2 furlongs. No. 2 Wild Lando goes sprint route sprint and this trainer hits at over .40% with this move. No. 7 Baby Gronk exits our HTW list as a $$$ play and is partly owned by GT writer Jon Lindo, he lost by a nostril last out. 7**-2

Race 3

$50k maiden fillies and mares go a mile on the grass. No. 3 Foxtail has been going down the hill and will like the longer trip today and owns a nice last work. No. 7 International Diva moves back to a mile on the grass and will go better in this spot. 3-7

Race 4

$25k fillies and mares go 6-1/2 on the main. No. 1 Cioppino Pasadino has won 5 of her 10 starts on this course, she gets in with light weight as the new bug girl Kellie McDaid gets the call. No. 3 Conquest Flatterme moves up looking for the hat trick, she is in tip top form. No. 4 Sturdy One is the stablemate of Flatterme and gets her first start off the $25k Cerin claim. No. 7 Be a Lady drops in this her second off the Hollendorfer claim, we like Tyler Conner on today. 3-4-7-1

Race 5

Cal bred runners go 5-1/2 furlongs. No. 1 Smiling Angelo owns a big time last work when best of 53 here on the 23rd. No. 4 For the Hustle ran good in his first start when bet down to 8/5 but no works since that race is a concern. No. 6 Flynn also ran big in his first start and he has two works since and is the key player in this race. 6**-1-4

Race 6

Maiden 3yo go 6-1/2 furlongs on the main. No. 1 Lontani gets his second start for Baffert and Martin Garcia who is trying to get back in good graces with Mr. B will give it all that he has. No. 4 Bobby Axelrod ran a big second in his first try when well bet. Doug O’Neill who looks to be heating up sends out first-time starter No. 5 Aurora d’Oro off a big time last work. Baffert also sends out first-time starter No. 12 Victory Element a Pioneerof the Nile $110k purchase. No. 13 Bocephus gets a turnback to a sprint and is very consistent. 1-4-5-12-13

THE $100K GRADE 3 SAN SIMEON GOING DOWN THE HILL

No. 1 Conquest Tsunami won back-to-back races on this course before being shipped to run in Dubai where he finished 3rd going 6 furlongs on the grass, we just don’t know what the trip took out of him. No. 4 Belvoir Bay likes this course and will get a great set up coming from off the pace, Peter Miller sends a mare vs. the boys and she is the stablemate of Tsunami. 1-4

Race 9

$20k claimers go a mile on the main. No. 3 Eagle Screams comes off a good second with $25k claimers and the drop could get him home and the horse that beat him came back to score here on Thursday by many lengths, the last time No. 6 Ground Rules ran at this distance and level he got the win. No. 1 Gentrified is a hard hitter at this level and distance. 3-6-1
