SANTA ANITA

Race 1

This is one very tough six furlong race for $50k optional 2yo fillies. We get five runners before scratches and we will hit the all button in the pick five or use No. 3 Start to Finish off back to back wins and some good works and No. 5 Vai off her big maiden score first out of the box at Del Mar. 3-5 (all)

Race 2

If using the all in the first race than single No. 2 Warrioress here as she just missed first out when sent off as the 2-1 chalk. If using the 3-5 than add No. 3 Love Winning who exits the same race and No. 6 Pattin for a Dance who gets a major rider switch as Kent D gets on for his brother. 2-3-5

Race 3

In this maiden race for fillies and mares going a mile on the grass, No. 1 Lucy De is very unlucky to still be a maiden as she lost by a nostril here back in March and took some time off and now comes back in this spot. No. 3 She’s Got Style looks to be ready to pop and the hot riding Kent D sticks. 1-3

Race 4

No. 3 Pundy is a first time starter for Peter Miller with Bejarano riding, he is out of the dam Sky of Diamonds who has dropped 4 winners from 4 starters. No. 8 Datcatsa Gem drops back with maiden claimers and will get a good trip from this post, he gets a big rider upgrade. 3-8

Race 5

No. 2 Too Fast to Pass is a re-claim by Miller, this 6yo gelding is very consistent and owns a nice last work and gets Bejarano today. No. 9 My Samurai Warrior moves back to the dirt and will wake up in this spot and the price will be right. 2-9

Race 6

No. 3 Milton Freewater is highly regarded by O’Neill as he has been running with some good ones in his last two and gets some class relief here. No. 1 Rinse and Repeat is his barn mate and they exits the same race. No. 6 Elwood J also exits the race. 1-3**-6

Race 7

Tough filly and mare race going a mile on the grass and we will need to go four deep using No. 4 Barbara Beatrice off a good effort in the Solano Beach last out. No. 6 Flamingo Lane who reversed her running style last out and came from off the pace. No. 7 Amboseli off of three good efforts and No. 8 Scattagirl wo is on a win every other race pattern and this is her win race. 4-6-7-8

Race 8

No. 7 Nextdoorneighbor moves back into the barn of Peter Miller, this 9yo gelding can still run with these $8k claimers. No. 9 Prince Valiant is on a nice win every other race pattern and is spotted for the win off the claim. No. 12 Profound Visionary is a good fit with these. 7-9-12
