Maiden 4yo and up fillies and mares go down the hill to start this big day or racing. No. 3 Could Be Magic exits our HTW list as a $$$ play. She came on strong here down the hill in her last start to just miss by a dwindling neck, bet her to cash. No. 5 Holiday Movie exits the same race and gets a better post today. No. 6 Like That comes off the layoff for Miller and ran ok in  her one start last March, she looks live.

Race 2

$40k 3yo maidens go 7 furlongs. No. 5 Red Carpet Cat looks to have found a soft spot here, she gets a little drop in class and may like the longer distance today. No. 4 Face of Victory may be the speed of the speed on the drop to this level. 5-4

Race 3

4yo and up $16k claimers go 6-1/2 furlongs on the dirt. Arroyo gets back on No. 1 Fight Thru for his main guy Peter Miller. No. 5 Mimis Big Boy is on a win every other race pattern and this is his win race, he worked a bullet here on the 27th. No. 7 Frac Candy drops in class and will be tough at this level. 1-5-7

Race 4

Optional $40k claimers go a 1-1/8 on the grass. No. 1 Atomic Rule drops to the level of his claimed price for Baltas. No. 2 Tough It Out moves back to the grass and he ran good on it at this distance the one time he went 1-1/8 on the grass. No. 8 Temple Keys gets Nakatani riding for Baltas who sends out the uncoupled entry of Atomic Rule and him. 1-2-8

Race 5

4yo and up $20k fillie and mare claimers go six furlongs. No. 2 Spicy Blonde drops a notch off the claim but has a big last work and is a three time winner here. No. 4 Princess Ashlyn is in top form and gets a nice confident move up first off the claim for top connections. No. 7 Where’s the D drops in class but Prat sticks, she gets off the grass and will try and sit off the hot pace and make on move down the lane.

Race 6

3yo maidens go six furlongs. No. 1 Mor Candy looks very live first out for D’Amato, that last work says he is on go. No. 5 Quick Finish also looks live first out for Dan Blacker, that last work a bullet best of 58 is a very good. No. 11 Gator Don’t Play gets his second start, he clipped heels in his first start and lost all shot but sit ran on to finish 6th in a field of eleven, he has a nice last work and will be our key player in here.

Race 7

Down the hill they go in this $25k claimer for 4yo and up fillies and mares. No. 6 Vanlose Stairway is a three time winner on this course, she comes off the layoff but looks ready. No. 11 Dissension just missed last out down the hill and gets a great post off a big last work, she will try and turn the tables on No. 12 Pearl de Vere who beat her last out. 11-12-6

Race 8

THE $75K SANTANA MILE GOING A MILE ON THE DIRT

No. 3 Dortmund ran the worst race of his life last out when tried on the grass. He moves back to the dirt and would have crushed this field last year. Baffert who trained Dortmund last year sends out No. 5 Collected off the layoff, he is one for one here at the Great Race place. No. 7 Avanti Bello comes off a nice win and loves this track. 5-7-3

Race 9

Optional $40k claimers go six furlongs. Stew Elliott gets back on No. 2 Westbrook for Mike Puype, he won with this gelding one race back. No. 5 Indavidualist gets off the grass and will go much better with the move back to dirt. No. 6 Candy Promises is in top form and may fit here. No. 7 Dr. Dorr comes off the layoff for Baffert, he won first out so he can run fresh. 2-5-6-7

Race 10

3yo maidens go a 1-1/8 on the grass. No. 3 Awesome Heights comes off the layoff for Drysdale, he ran ok in his one grass race vs. a strong field last year. No. 5 Fortune of War gets Gary Stevens sticking around for his one ride, he has run good in his two turf races in this country and has a nice last work. No. 6 Lifeline missed by a neck in his first start and it was going 1-1/8 on the grass, if he runs back to that race he wins. No. 8 Marq One was a fast closing 2nd in his first try on the grass when beating Fortune of War.

Race 11

We know its April 1st but this is no April fools joke. Here in race eleven we gets the Arabians running 1-1/16 in the Grade I $100k H.H.Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, we will pass. Have a great day.
