SANTA ANITA

Race 1

No. 2 Summertimemischief has speed and just may take to this turf course. No. 3 Dust It also has good early speed and will be on or near the front end. No. 8 Tiz Adore has had her chances and will try and run down the top two. 2-3-8

Race 2

No. 3 Eight Spokes is a good fit in here and is proven here at Santa Anita. No. 6 Eddie’s Turn gets back to a sprint and is a perfect 2 for 2 here. 3-6

Race 3

No. 2 Space Cadet drops down to this $20k maiden claimer looking for the win. No. 8 Trixie Topper gets off the grass and gets dropped from four straight maiden races. Prat gets on and this could be a big wake up call. 2-8

Race 4

No. 6 Sid the Squid finds a good spot and has a nice last work. No. 2 Topaz Time drops to a good level where she will show all of her early speed. 2-6

Race 5

No. 6 Hobbits Hero is as honest a runner as they come, he will be short again but a must use. No. 8 Crown the Kitten comes off a good try and now gets the hot riding Norberto Arroyo Jr. in the irons for Hess. 6-8

Race 6

We get a short field of six in race six. No. 4 Marriedtoaminister gets back to going a flat mile, she will be on or near the lead. No. 6 Flaming Vixen is the stablemate of Marriedtoaminister and looks dangerous on the stretchout. 4-6

Race 7

No. 5 Curlin Rules was put on the grass for the first time last out and got the nice win, we will use him right back. No. 6 Barhanpour made a big late run to win first in the country and now returns with Prat riding. No. 7 Atomic Rule exits our HTW list and gets his first start for Baltas. Jockey Brice Blanc who rode Barhanpour to victory last out gets on the sneaky Brazil shipper for Paulo Lobo No. 8 Editore. 5-6-7-8

Race 8

We like it when Chantal Sutherland rides for her buddy Kristin Mulhall and she gets on No. 2 Nazareth who looks to have found her proper level. No. 7 Miss Bliss drops back to the level she was claimed and gets a nice jock upgrade. Kent D sticks around to ride the speedy dropper No. 8 Miss Big Stuff who he will try and take wire-to-wire. 8***-2-7
