We are heading down the stretch of the NFL season and my 2019 Las Vegas Sports Bar World Tour.

This week brought me to Steiner’s Pub, located at 8168 S. Las Vegas Blvd. and has multiple locations across the valley. Steiner’s has that neighborhood bar feel to it, except the food quality is way above your normal bar food items.

Steiner’s has an excellent Happy Hour, Monday thru Friday from 4-7 p.m. when drinks are 2 for 1. But for me, the real story is the Happy Hour food specials as the appetizers are priced at $4, $8 or $12. Steiner’s has some mouthwatering appetizers with my all-time favorite being the lamb chop appetizer. You get 4 baby lamb chops grilled to perfection. The lamb chops are served with side of horseradish sauce for dipping. I like to order these and a shrimp cocktail, which is also on the Happy Hour menu and create my own Football Surf ‘n’ Turf special.

Some of my other favorites on the Happy Hour menu are the Alamo Nacho Platter as these Nachos are the real deal and you can get them topped with either Chicken, Steak or Pork Carnitas.

Watching football and drinking beer has to include eating chicken wings and Steiner’s wings are spot on and also has special Happy Hour pricing. If you are just sitting and want something to nibble on, I highly recommend ordering a basket of the Death Valley Chips. These are fresh homemade waffle-cut crispy potato chips. Trust me, they are addicting.

Steiner’s Pub is also known for their burgers with one in particular the Kobe (Not Bryant) Burger. The Burger is served on a sweet sourdough bun with Maui onions, aged white cheddar cheese, tomatoes and leaf lettuce. This burger is legit and be sure to bring an appetite as it’s big and tasty.

The menu is massive as they have a lot of sandwich options along with steaks, seafood and pastas. If I want a full dinner, the Shrimp Scampi pasta is my go-to entrée. But there’s something for everyone on the menu.

Steiner’s has TV’s throughout the bar area so no matter where you sit you will be able to catch your favorite game. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive to all your needs. I give Steiner’s Pub 3.75 Forks.
