The Phoenix Suns started the game as four point favorites. And they came out on fire.
The Bucks had six turnovers in the first quarter and were down by 16 starting the second quarter. But the Bucks turned the tables in the second quarter, catching up to the Suns and leading 64-61 by the half.
More sloppy play from the Suns in the third quarter caused the Bucks to lead by ten at the start of the fourth quarter. And in the fourth quarter, the Bucks continued to dominate, leading the Bucks to winning Game 5 123-119 and leading the series 3-2.
Game 6 is back in Milwaukee. And it could be the last game of the series if the Bucks end up winning again at home.
The Bucks won Game 3 and Game 4 at home and the sports betting world currently has them as the favorites to win Game 6.
For the Suns to stay in the series, they need to get more disciplined. Suns shot for 74 percent in quarter one of Game 5, but they need to keep that up the whole game and not play sloppy basketball. If they were more consistent throughout the game, they would dominate.
As for the Bucks, they obviously need to keep doing what they are doing. The team’s starters like Giannis, Middleton, and Holiday, seem to be playing some of their best basketball yet and if they can continue, they will win the Finals.
