UFC 275 is right around the corner on June 11 in Singapore. In the promotion’s main event, light heavyweight champion Glover Teixeira puts his title on the line against striking phenom Jiri Prochazka.
Despite holding the belt, Teixeira is listed as the betting underdog (priced in the +160 to +175 range), with Prochazka laying odds between -190 and -200. The odds have been fairly stagnant over the last month.
Flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko (now priced between -620 and -800) looks to continue her dominance in women’s UFC against Taila Santos (+460 and +550) in the co-main event.
UFC 275 is the promotion’s first-ever pay-per-per event in Southeast Asia.
The prelims start at 6 p.m. EST, and the main card is set to go off at 10 p.m. EST. 275 will be broadcasted on ESPN+ PPV.
We’ll keep adding and updating props to this post as we get closer to fight night.

UFC Veteran Teixeira Takes On Up-and-Comer Prochazka
Both fighters have compiled a ton of MMA experience, with Teixeira and Prochazka having competed in 40 and 32 fights, respectively. However Teixeira is more battle-tested at the UFC level. He has a UFC record of 16-5 and a professional record of 33-7.
Prochazka has won 12 straight bouts but just recently stepped up to the UFC, knocking out Volkan Oezdemir and Dominick Reyes in his only two fights at this level. His last time tasting defeat was in 2015.
Expect this title bout to be decided inside the octagon and not at the judges’ table. Out of Prochazka’s 33 career fights, only one has gone to the scorecards. Teixeira has stopped 28 of his 33 defeated opponents. The total rounds over-under is pegged at 1.5 rounds, as expected.
Teixeira’s key to victory is to be patient and wait for the right moment for the takedown. Prochazka will look to keep the fight standing and apply constant pressure on Teixeira.
Teixeira vs. Prochazka Props
Teixeira, the Brazilian Pit Bull, is labeled as a striker, but his skill set goes beyond striking. He has 10 submission wins to go along with 18 wins by KO/TKO in his career. At the UFC level, he has had more success with submissions (7) than with knockouts (6). Teixeira has just seven pro losses, five of which while a part of the UFC.
Prochazka’s MMA career has been remarkable, boasting a 28-3-1 record while becoming Rizin FF light heavyweight champion in 2019. His UFC resume is short but dominant, as he won both of his matches by second-round knockout.
The Czech fighter’s strategy has been one-dimensional, yet effective. He has 25 KO/TKOs to just two by submission. Expect a similar approach against Teixeira.
Oddsmakers realize this knockout-heavy trend and have priced their props accordingly. We’ve laid out the best price for each prop across the betting market.

Teixeira vs. Prochazka Demonstrates Shallowness of Light Heavyweight Division
All title fights have excitement attached to them, but Teixeira-Prochazka isn’t attracting as much buzz as previous and future title bouts. The light heavyweight division isn’t a fan favorite right now, due to its lack of star power and shallowness of talent.
With Jon Jones’ inactivity at light heavyweight and his intention to move up to the heavyweight division, Teixeira (No. 8) is now the only light heavyweight fighter in the UFC’s top-15 pound-for-pound ranking.
Co-Main Event: Shevchenko’s Odds Lengthened, Still Large Favorite
Shevchenko has run the women’s flyweight division since becoming champion at UFC 231 in 2018. She’s defended her title six times and is a sizable favorite to extend that number to seven against a fresh face in Santos.
Santos deserves this opportunity at a title. She holds a professional record of 19-1, her sole loss being a split decision in her UFC debut in 2019. The Brazilian has made amends by winning four straight matches (albeit against fairly easy opponents), positioning herself for a date with “Bullet Shevchenko.”
The champion’s odds have aged well in recent time, with prices as short as -1000 just three weeks ago. Unfortunately for early Santos backers, you could’ve grabbed the contender at as long as +625 around the same time.

Whittaker vs. Vettori Moved To September In Paris
A middleweight bout between former UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker and former title contender Marvin Vettori has been rescheduled for September 3 in Paris, the organization’s first promotion in French territory.
The two fighters were originally set to go toe to toe at UFC 275 on June 11, but Whittaker withdrew from the promotion due to an undisclosed injury in April. Both fighters seem to be excited, healthy, and ready to finally meet in the octagon.
