Roughly half the game slate features teams favored by a touchdown or higher. FOX’s spotlight game on late Sunday afternoon with the Chicago Bears at Kansas City Chiefs is seeing the home team as two-touchdown favorites.

The injury bug has hit many teams already. A handful of notable lead running backs suffered injuries, including Nick Chubb, Saquon Barkley, and David Montgomery.

New York Giants
at San Francisco 49ers

  • Time: Thursday, 8:15 p.m. ET
  • TV/Live Stream: Prime Video

On Sunday, most sportsbooks had the spread set at San Francisco -10 and that line is hovering between -10.5 and -11. The total has moved up to around 45 points.

Tennessee Titans
at Cleveland Browns

  • Time: Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
  • TV/Live Stream: CBS, Paramount+

The Browns have been trending downward as favorites, and that will likely continue to decline after Monday night’s loss. Total points are currently set at 41 points.

Atlanta Falcons
at Detroit Lions

  • Time: Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
  • TV/Live Stream: FOX

Detroit’s spread has fallen throughout Sunday as they suffered their first loss of the season and hovers at around a field goal. In addition to their loss, Atlanta was able to pull off a comeback victory against Green Bay. Total points are set at 45.5 for the game.

New Orleans Saints
at Green Bay Packers

  • Time: Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
  • TV/Live Stream: FOX

Green Bay remains a favorite in this contest, but the line is rapidly moving back and forth inside of a field goal. Total points for the game have risen slightly since opening, which now hovers at around 43 points.

Denver Broncos
at Miami Dolphins

  • Time: Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
  • TV/Live Stream: CBS, Paramount+

An excruciating loss for Denver after a Hail Mary completion for a TD ends with a 2-point conversion that fails – and arguably, a missed defensive pass interference. They now have to travel to Miami, and expectedly, are underdogs by a large margin. The spread is currently within a touchdown and the total is set at around 48 points.

Los Angeles Chargers
at Minnesota Vikings

  • Time: Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
  • TV/Live Stream: FOX

Both the Chargers and Vikings are in a must-win scenario with 0-2 records. It’s expected to be an even matchup and both the current spread and moneyline show that. The total is set at around 54 points at most sportsbooks.

New England Patriots
at New York Jets

  • Time: Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
  • TV/Live Stream: CBS, Paramount+

The Patriots are reaching field goal favorites and that’s trending upwards with the results from both the Jets and them on Sunday. This is one of the lower anticipated totals in Week 3, likely due to New England’s tough defense and a rough Week 2 for QB Zack Wilson.

Buffalo Bills
at Washington Commanders

  • Time: Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
  • TV/Live Stream: CBS, Paramount+

Buffalo is a touchdown favorite against a Washington team that’s 2-0 and playing at home. The Commanders were favored heavily against the Cardinals in the home opener but failed to cover their own touchdown spread. The total is trending lower for this game and is around 44.5 points.

Houston Texans
at Jacksonville Jaguars

  • Time: Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
  • TV/Live Stream: FOX

Houston comes into Jacksonville as a major underdog, but the line is shrinking from its opening start in double-digits. The Texans are 0-2 both straight up and against the spread, but the offense has at least shown life in their previous game against the Colts. On the other side, the Jaguars were held out of the endzone against the Chiefs.

Indianapolis Colts
at Baltimore Ravens

  • Time: Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
  • TV/Live Stream: CBS, Paramount+

Among the multiple touchdown-plus favorites in Week 3, Baltimore is another one as they are -8 against Indianapolis. The Ravens easily took down the Texans in the season opener and then defeated the Bengals as road dogs. The Colts have had difficulty stopping teams early, which is why the total seems a bit higher than you’d expect at around 44 points.

Carolina Panthers
at Seattle Seahawks

  • Time: Sunday, 4:05 p.m. ET
  • TV/Live Stream: CBS, Paramount+

It won’t get any easier for Carolina, who are on a short week after an MNF loss and will travel to Seattle. The Seahawks are touchdown favorites, but early movement sees the line shrinking a bit. It was a rough go for them in the second half against the Rams, but they rebounded in an overtime shootout victory over the Lions on the road. The total is at 42.5 at most sportsbooks.

Chicago Bears
at Kansas City Chiefs

  • Time: Sunday, 3:25 p.m. ET
  • TV/Live Stream: FOX

Both late afternoon games on FOX are anticipated to be blowouts based on the spread. Kansas City is nearly a two-touchdown favorite at -13. That line has actually moved higher for the Chiefs since opening. Chicago continues to be largely uncompetitive dating back to last season. Dating back to last season, the Bears only beat the spread once against the Eagles (in Week 15, they lost by 5 when they were touchdown underdogs at home).

Dallas Cowboys
at Arizona Cardinals

  • Time: Sunday, 3:25 p.m. ET
  • TV/Live Stream: FOX

Arizona proved a lot of the negative offseason chatter correct by blowing a three-touchdown lead to the Giants in the third quarter. Prior to the collapse, it was actually a surprisingly good start by being competitive in the opener at Washington. They’ll face their biggest challenge of the season against Dallas. The spread continues to pull toward the Cowboys as two-touchdown favorites.

Pittsburgh Steelers
at Las Vegas Raiders

  • Time: Sunday, 8:20 p.m. ET
  • TV/Live Stream: NBC, Peacock

It won’t be as daunting of a short week with Pittsburgh playing on Sunday night. And, they’ll be playing against a Las Vegas team that just got torched in Buffalo. The Steelers are a slight favorite as the line opens up, but expect that line to trend more in their favor as the week progresses. The total is hovering around 44 points.

Philadelphia Eagles
at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

  • Time: Monday, 7:15 p.m. ET
  • TV/Live Stream: ABC, ESPN+

This is the lone matchup between 2-0 teams in the NFL for Week 3. The Eagles are significant favorites despite having close finishes in their first two victories, but the spread is shrinking lower from a full touchdown. Tampa Bay does come in at 2-0 both straight up and against the spread. The total is at 46 points and has been slowly increasing early.

Los Angeles Rams
at Cincinnati Bengals

  • Time: Monday, 8:15 p.m. ET
  • TV/Live Stream: ESPN, ESPN2

One of the biggest line shifts early in the week is with the Bengals, who have seen the spread shrink to under a field goal with quarterback Joe Burrow day-to-day for the game. The offense finally broke out late in their game against the Ravens, but Burrow is dealing with a right calf injury. As you’d expect, the total points are falling for this game right now as well, down from opening around 46 points.
