Method of Collection

Contact information, billing information, and/or other PII is shared with third parties as necessary to validate, verify, and maintain user’s subscription and provide the products and services requested. We use analytics tool that helps us understand how our visitors engage with our website.
Profile information and opinion information are used in a statistical format for Dirson’s website development, marketing and/or advertising purposes. Individual subscribers are not identifiable when this information is used or shared with third parties.
Contact information may be used by Dirson to contact subscribers about their subscription. Contact and other information may also be used for marketing purposes or other reasons from time to time when users have not chosen to opt-out of these types of contacts. Subscribers can opt-out of certain contacts by editing their Account Information.
Access to Information
Subscribers can edit their Account Information at any time by clicking the Manage Account icon at the top of any GamingToday.com website page.
Security of Information
All PII collected is stored in limited access servers. We will maintain safeguards to protect the security of these servers and your PII. When collecting credit card information for online purchases, we offer secured-server transactions that transmits your information through an encrypted channel. Although Dirson has implemented these safeguard and security measures to help protect your PII, your PII may still be accessed or otherwise used in an unauthorized manner and as such, Dirson is not responsible for such unauthorized access or other unauthorized use.
Dirson reserves the right to change this policy at any time, and will post any changes to this policy as soon as they go into effect.
This policy, GamingToday.com, and any claim associated with, related to, or arising thereto is governed by Nevada law. Any claim associated with, relating to or arising thereto shall be brought in a federal or state court in the County of Clark, State of Nevada within one year after the claim arises. Use of Dirson’s publications and websites affirms your consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the County of Clark, State of Nevada as the most convenient and appropriate forum for the resolution of such claims.
