Flamingo Las Vegas is celebrating its history with a commemorative gaming chip, historic photo museum and personalized bricks. The hotel has assembled an extensive photo museum in the east lobby that offers guests the opportunity to take a stroll through the famous hotel’s colorful history.

The display includes photos from the celebrated opening of the Flamingo, years of legendary Las Vegas entertainers, visiting celebrities and the construction process that took place over the many decades. The photo museum is open 24-hours a day and is free of charge to the public.

In addition, the Flamingo has recently released into circulation a piece of history with a commemorative chip that depicts the original pool area of the landmark property, photographed in the 1950s. The $5 gaming chip is currently available exclusively at the Flamingo Las Vegas.

As part of the commemorative activities, the Flamingo has also developed a program that offers visitors the opportunity to create their own history by purchasing a personalized brick. The brick is a great way to honor an anniversary, special vacation or big win. The bricks will be permanently installed in the Flamingo’s sprawling 15-acre tropical gardens, where guests may visit for years to come.
