Poker is all the rage, ranging from big business in casinos to home games in basements across America. Just ask Chris Moneymaker who parlayed his $10,000 World Series entrance fee into $2.5 million in winnings two years ago. And even though he hasn’t won a tournament since then, he’s now launching Moneymaker Gaming, which will manufacture everything poker, from high-end poker sets, gaming accessories, apparel and licensed commemorative chips. With an estimated 70 million Americans now playing the game, companies — and now tournament winners — are betting big on the burgeoning poker retail industry.
