Poker legend Doyle "Texas Dolly" Brunson is not only still active in tournaments around the country, he’s taken an activist viewpoint against ESPN’s new drama, "Tilt."

"I think that ”˜Tilt’ is a disgrace. I can’t believe that ESPN would air something like that," Brunson told a reporter on the Poker Updates web site. "I’m really disappointed in it. A lot of people think that what they see on TV is true and they portray all poker players as cheaters and collusion (artists)."

The show, which debuted in January, portrays poker in a less than favorable light, showing in-depth stories of cheating, collusion, and murder.

"Tilt" follows in the wake of ESPN’s "Playmakers," which depicted the seedy side of life in the NFL.
