The MGM-Grand offers a prop bet that caught our eyes. John Smoltz, who went from successful starter to outstanding closer, is back in the Atlanta rotation. Smoltzie has an ”˜over / under’ of 14½ wins based on a minimum of 25 pitching starts. Starters like Dennis Eckersley, Smoltz and Eric Gagne were able to make the transition to elite closer, but none have done the reverse.
