For cheap beer and Margarita’s, Casino Royale on the Strip should fit the bill. Michelob’s and Margarita’s are a buck apiece, anytime.

For cheap libations downtown, check out the Gold Spike. A 40 oz. Gold Spike Lager Ale is $2 at the bar.

There are good cheap eats downtown, too. The Vegas Club is serving a prime rib dinner special for $9.95 available 24/7 in the Upper Deck restaurant. The meal includes soup or salad and your choice of potato.

At the Fremont, Tony Roma’s offers early bird and late night dining specials. For the early special, visit between 4:30 and 6 p.m. for a prime rib dinner that includes vegetables and potato for just $7.99. Late night, from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. enjoy steak and lobster for $10.99. Both specials are available seven days a week.

Locally, the Café (24 hour coffee shop) at Texas Station offers weekday Blue Plate specials for $4.99. On Mondays feast on chicken potpie, or try the barbecue shredded beef sandwich on Tuesdays, while Wednesday is corned beef and cabbage day. Not to be outdone, Thursdays is good old-fashioned pot roast and on Fridays the special is beef Stroganoff. Also, all lunches (any item on the menu) at the Café served between 2 and 5 p.m. are half points for all Boarding Pass members, seven days a week.

Another good "members only" special is running at the Boulder Café inside Nevada Palace. During April, present your Player’s Circle club card to the server for a $4.99 half slab of ribs. Of course, the Player’s Circle is free to join and when you sign up, you’ll even get a 2-for-1 buffet voucher valid for 30 days.

How about some free slot play? The Westin Casuarina is offering new members who sign up for the Player’s Club $30 in free slot play when you buy-in for $30. You must play the money through at least one time before you can cash out. They are also running a promotion for the "Forbidden Vegas" show. Buy a show ticket for $39.95 and receive $40 in free slot play.
