The poker room at the Aladdin Resort & Casino is now hosting poker tournaments every Friday at noon. Buy-in is $100 with a $10 add-on.

The room also hosts daily tournaments, Monday- through Thursday, at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. The 10 a.m. is $35 with a $5 add-on, and the 1 p.m. is $50 + $10 add-on and a $40 re-buy.

In addition, the "Jewel in the Desert" No Limit Hold’em Tournaments are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday at noon. Buy-ins are $540 on Saturday, and $1,070 on Sunday.

Staffed by an experienced Aladdin team, the smoke-free poker room is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Located on the casino level, adjacent to the high limit slot area at Sinbad’s Palace, the 12-table poker room has been operating successfully since it opened last fall.

"The fun and suspense of poker is now officially playing at the Aladdin," said Mike Mecca, president, Aladdin Resort & Casino. "We look forward to welcoming card players, near and far, to our beautiful hotel, fine restaurants and action-packed gaming in our 12-table poker room."

In addition to the tournaments, the poker room deals a variety of poker classics including Omaha and Seven-Card Stud, as well the popular Texas Hold’em, with limit and no-limit games.

"Poker is the hottest demand in gaming right now," said Edna Dalton, director of poker operations. "Now, our guests can enjoy their favorite games of poker right here at the Aladdin at one of a dozen tables in the new poker room."
