Popular PT’s Taverns, with 27 locations around the Las Vegas valley, are great places for cheap happy hour specials and good food. During April, guests are encouraged to try one of the savory rectangular pizzas created with a honey wheat thin crust and topped with the finest blend of mozzarella and provolone cheese and available in a variety of specialty flavors including supreme, barbecue chicken, roasted vegetable or classic cheese for half price.

PT’s heats things up just in time for spring with the introduction of their eight new flavored wings. The double-baked Cajun, teriyaki, barbeque, bourbon-style, gold fever, spicy chilly lime sauce, Buffalo style or baked Italian wings (10 wings with fries and a side of ranch) are only $7.99.

PT’s also introduces the 99-cent bite-size cheeseburger sliders topped with grilled onions, cheddar cheese and pickles. Happy hour patrons can also indulge in the over-stuffed 99-cent quesadilla made with Jack and cheddar cheese and served with sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo, with the option to add chicken or beef for only a dollar more. The 16 oz. domestic draft beers and well drinks are only $2 each. Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. and 3 to 7 a.m. at all 27 PT’s locations.

Stop in at Fitzgeralds from 6 to 8 p.m. for free Wednesday night Crusin’ Smooth Jazz live entertainment. The line up of entertainers changes each week. Michael Anthony Henegan performs on April 27. Admission and parking are free and wine is only $2 per glass during the first hour. Attendees also get a chance to win a free cruise to Mexico or the Bahamas for being among the first 105 guests each week.

Fiesta Rancho also continues its free shows. Larger than Life, a tribute to KISS takes the stage on Friday, and Pete Peterkin performs as Ray Charles and Friends on Saturday. Stop by the Amigo Club promotions booth for free tickets (postcards) to the shows.

Until next time, eat well, play well, stay well!
