VERONA, N.Y. Craig Clark has graduated from number-crunching ranks to be named general manager of Turning Stone Casino Resort.
Clark joined the Oneida Nation of Indian-owned layout as an internal audit manager in 1993. In less than a year, he was promoted to finance and accounting director, responsible for the daily operation of the accounting, cage, purchasing, warehouse and collection departments.
Michel DiGiorgio has been named executive chef to oversee eight restaurants and the employee cafeteria.
Born in Paris, DiGiorgio worked there for five years after graduation from the Culinary Institute, then worked 10 years at Pascales in Syracuse before joining Turning Stone in 1995.
