Hotel Food & Beverage and the culinary experience in general have always been a key component of commercial casinos, and G2E has recently added an F&B track to its offerings.
In addition to exhibit space, G2E offerings include live culinary demonstrations, special events and a dedicated conference track to address the growing importance of food and beverage to the casino industry’s bottom line.
F&B at G2E is the ideal forum for food and beverage suppliers to meet and conduct business with leading gaming executives responsible for management and purchase of food and beverage products and services within their casinos.
F&B at G2E will take place Tuesday-Thursday in the North Hall of the Convention Center.
Arranged in a dedicated Pavilion with "A Night on the Town" as its theme, Food & Beverage at G2E features products ranging from gourmet food and beverage to food service equipment and supplies to technology, décor and other items essential to the delivery of an outstanding culinary experience.
The F&B conference track focuses on the challenges of delivering superior F&B service in the casino environment. Speakers will include F&B vice presidents, restaurant managers, marketing experts and personnel directors, with topics ranging from Nuts and Bolts: Running Efficient F&B Operations to Competitive Pressures: How Trends and Marketing Can Make the Difference to The Bottom Line: 10 Ways to Maximize F&B Profits While Delighting Your Guests.
This year, G2E’s popular Signature Series has expanded to include the new F&B Signature panel, Make Me Hungry: Trends of the Casino Food & Beverage Marketplace, which will bring together leading food and beverage directors to discuss the latest trends and developments in this delicious discipline of the gaming business.
Finally, G2E’s Neon Chef’s series features daily demonstrations by several of the industry’s leading celebrity chefs, and the fastest oyster shuckers from around the world will compete for top prizes at the 2nd Annual G2E Mohegan Sun Oyster Open Finals, set for Wednesday.
