A company called PitBoss Entertainment announced last week that it has purchased a controlling interest in a Colorado casino, but they did not disclose which one or where it is located.

The company plans to brand the new casino under the Lucky Summit name.

"Our main goal will be to rework the casino to a Las Vegas look with a Texas-themed flair," said John D. Jarvis in the release. Jarvis said part of the company’s process to insure the success of it’s new casino venture is to infuse a portion of its $25 million in television, radio and print advertising assets.
